I bought the Bose sound mini speakers 3 years back. For me, they are just working fine.It comes with a 2 years guarantee but still its been working for me. It connects to your phone via bluetooth or aux very easily. It has a good and and a clear voice and is small so can be easily carried. Can be used at parties too.

I bought their new in ear noise cancelling headphones. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to charge them after already one week.They told me to return them, which I did. It took me numerous phone calls to arrange for them to send me the return label.
6 weeks after I returned them I wondered where my new headphones are. I called them 10 times and every time they assured me that my headphones will arrive within days. However they didn’t. At one point they told me that there is nothing they can do and I had to get in contact with UPS directly. After another 2 weeks it became clear that my headphones were lost. I had to send them proof and overall I spent at least 10hours on the phone or writing e-mails. This was so disappointing. Literally no customer service and their phone lines don’t work either.

I Purchased a Bose 535 lifestyle for $4500 not knowing it didn't have ARC support.I decided to give Bose a call after doing some research and realized having sound running through ARC is better then optical. There response was they do have an upgrade change over option for me which is that i give them my system plus $1700 and i can get the Bose 700 sound bar with subwoofer and rear speakers. Which completely made no sense...so that would mean that in total i would have to pay $6200 for a $2700 package. Really!!!

The connection for the wireless plugins headphones is utterly unreliable. And it keeps notifyingeverytime it connects or disconnects to another device even tho the headphones are already connected to a device. Everytime you listen to something, it interrupts and keeps telling it's connected/disconnected to another device. I was expecting more from this company

Absolutely awful experience with this company still have not received my order was bought for my husband for his birthday companies still cannot tell me why the items have not shipped.took five calls in one day due to their reception and disconnecting on me for me to finally get through to even speak to someone. I have several I purchased previously but cannot believe how awful the experience was buying through the actual company. They only got one star so that way I could leave my review.

Worst company I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. I ordered a set of replacement cushions from them over a month ago.They never arrived. I contacted support 4 times already and every time, I'm getting the same template responses, that my order is being processed and that it will arrive in the next 2-3 days. It never has. They still refuse to process a refund, even though customer support assured me in previous conversations that the money would be refunded. I'm still chasing them and I'm afraid I will have no other option but to call the bank and mark the transaction as fraudulent. Horrible DISGUSTING company. Avoid at all costs!

I really should've trusted the Trustpilot reviews, but I thought "these are just angry, unreasonable,random internet people." Nope. Here are the facts:
1/11/21 - I ordered the Bose Sport Open Earbuds for my fiancée's birthday in February. Order was confirmed and fully paid for. But for months, order status said "In Process" with absolutely no updates. Months later, they said it was because the items were backordered that whole time, which was so odd because the Best Buy down the street started having the same headphones consistently in stock shortly after my order.
3/21/21 - the order still said "In Process" so I tried to initiate a refund, but a return process for the earbuds was initiated instead and I was asked to return the earbuds to get a refund. Mind you, Bose never shipped the headphones to me so I couldn't possibly return them.
3/22/21 - I contacted Bose customer service via their SMS live chat asking for the "In Process" order to be cancelled and refunded, but was told that, even though the order said "In Process," they said it couldn't be cancelled because the order was finally processing, and I had to reject the package that would be shipped in 2-3 weeks in order to get it refunded. Yes, you read that correctly, this order, which has been months "In Process" would then need 2-3 weeks to actually process and then get shipped out to me... for me to then refuse the delivery, and once they receive that yet-to-be-shipped item back, only then would I get my order refunded.
Weeks later, on 4/24/21, I saw that the order status now said cancelled. I was never emailed about this. The earbuds were never sent to me and, even worse, I never received a refund for the more than $200 I paid for the earbuds. I called Bose customer service and they confirmed that the earbuds were never sent and that the order was cancelled, but they said they wouldn't refund me the $200+ because I was never charge that money... they said it was a temporary authorized charge and that payments only go through once they're actually shipped. However, both PayPal and the attached credit card confirmed that the full payment indeed went through. Luckily I took screenshots, but the telephone customer service representative said they couldn't take care of the situation on the phone and that I needed to text their SMS service to prove that I indeed paid for this item to get a refund. Ridiculous.
So I texted their SMS service, well within their available hours (10a-7p on Saturdays), but have not received a single response after almost two hours. By the way, their Live Chat customer service is by no measure fast. It took them a day to respond to my initial texts.
I also contacted them through Paypal's resolution center and they have yet to get back to me after more than a week.
Trust me... save your time and trust the many others on Trustpilot experiencing the same awful customer service from Bose. Don't order from Bose.com. I truly regret the hours I've put into trying to just get my money back... for an item I was never sent and never received. Yes, I'm spending time and energy writing this review, but I hope this saves at least one other potential customer's time and energy. I don't think it's hyperbole to say that this is the worst customer service I've ever had for an online order. This not only makes me question Bose's service, but also the products themselves. I don't think I'll ever buy a Bose product again.
