Expensive, but best products in the market.My first item was the 552 SelectTech dumbbells.My mother bought them for me, so I can't speak about the delivery. The quality of the dumbells are amazing. After 5 years of almost daily use, they are still in like-new condition. At first, I had some issues using them, but it was all user error. The dials must be aligned perfectly, which you can tell by a 'click' sound, and you have to lift straight up, not at an angle.The week of this past Christmas, I ordered the 2080 SelectTech Barbell. I saw a lot of bad reviews about their slow delivery (like, months late), but I wasn't concerned since this was a self purchase with gift money and not a present I needed in time for Christmas. The set actually arrived only a couple days after Christmas. I thought that was very quick for the rush of last minute shoppers slowing down drivers.This set required assembly, which was easy with clear instructions. My only complaint would be that it doesn't set into the base as easily as the dumbells.These items are expensive, but have been well worth the price so far. The dumbbells saved me money in the long run, and the select barbells are a game changer for those with injuries or disabilities that make the plate clamps difficult to use.

I wish I can give them 0 stars. They took my money, marked items as delivered (two months later though they estimated one week delivery)and I can’t get a hold of them through phone or email. The elliptical they delivered was broken. Never ever again.

If you will never need customer support, then go ahead and purchase. They have a poorly designedcustomer service process where lines are always overwhelmed and I have not been able to get anyone on the line after waiting for 30 minutes. After several attempts I moved on and will be buying my equipment elsewhere.

I have had this bike for less than a week. My last two rides I have noticed the velocore 16 starts off quiet and then as I add resistance it is noisy.Sometimes a squeaking noise and other times a clunking noise. Something is wrong with the mechanics of the bike.. I’m not sure what and need help trouble shooting. I really like this bike and would hate to return it.. but I will if I have to. There is no way the sounds I’m hearing are normal for the bike.

I purchased the 2080 BARBELL WITH CURL BAR on 11/25/2021 direct from Bowflex. Mistake,buy from a retail establishment. Purchased for $499, no more then a few days later Best Buy and Walmart had it for $449. Bowflex Corp will not match it, please note that Bowflex like all companies make more profit on direct to consumer sales. Not good customer service at all. Will not purchase again from them.

Defective product, totally absent customer service

I was sent a damaged, non functioning, $1000 exercise bike by Nautilus/Bowflex/Schwinn,and the company was completely unresponsive. We literally could not get a phone call answered, and the only email responses were generic, “Call us at this number” stock replies weeks later. I submitted the case to the credit card company to dispute, and submitted photos and emails showing my attempts to get support. They were suddenly very responsive— to the credit card company! They lied and said that I could reach them anytime, but that it was on me to get support for it or send it back. Right—send back a massive, irregular shaped, 150lb bike on my own, and trust that you’ll fix/replace it, when I can’t even get a 2-minute conversation with you.
