My original review needs to be changed. I knew the brand before being from London but I guess wasnever into it or maybe was not able to afford it. I tried to buy some clothes from their website in April and it was a bit of a nightmare with the customer service and the website. I then managed to speak to someone on Insta who invited me to call and speak to someone. I am so happy i did not give up. I was advise on the sizing and all and I made my first purchase ( rather big as I would say, but live big or stay home) my bank account cried a bit but it was all so worth it. You get what you pay for. Amazing quality and style ( I got most of the Heritage collection) - after a few weeks I thought to myself, “do I need more?” , i sure did! Made my second purchase 2 week later and today I received the pieces I ordered ( took 2-3 days tracked royal mail this time, also use Hermes) and I am even more in love! Sooooo happy and even better than the first time around! I am hooked and addicted. If they ever need a model or spokesperson I am their guy! I will be buying way more and Boy London has become my go to brand for mid/high luxury pieces. Looking great at a great price! Ive been promoting them on my social, thats how good they are!! The only feedback id give is that it would be great to invest in jeans/trousers maybe trainers and socks. The joggers seems to be too baggy for me but id love to get some ripped jeans (short length), so you can show off your socks. Or cargo trousers would be nice aswell. I would give 10 starts and more if i could!

Non-existent customer service. It's impossible to get in touch with anyone. They don't respond to emails,DMs, or contact form submissions. I can't even comment on the quality of the clothes because they're nowhere to be seen. So I've got no item, and they have my money and are ignoring me...great!

I would not give this company 1 star, their customer service is appalling, they sent me the incorrect items,after days of trying to contact them that asked me to send photos of the incorrect item which I did (5 times) then no reply eventually got to them and they asked me to return and send them a photo of receipt so they could send correct item for christmas - NO ANSWER AGAIN

If i could give it zero stars I would. Do not do business with this company. They completely lag on responses.The only time that they responded was after two weeks when I filed a complaint through PayPal so I could get my money back. Then they sent the wrong merchandise. And instead of making it right as soon as they realized what they had done. They now proceeded to put me to the task of repackaging and sending back the merchandise they sent by mistake before they would even ship my order. Almost making it seem like I couldn't be trusted to return a bunch of things I didn't need to begin with. These people are abysmal when it comes to customer service and the way they choose to go about "solving" problems they themselves caused. Not worth the money, the hassle, the wait time between responses...you name it. Get your stuff somewhere else .
