Awful and avoid at all costs
Awful and avoid at all costs. Attempted to scam me with fees when pushing me in a direction that incurred further costs. Distressed and angry at these cowboys…they backed down when threatened with legal ombudsman…probably say costs were clear in response but they were not…!!!!!

I understand they a recoveries but what…
I understand they a recoveries but what l dnt understand why Amex transferred my account to them without even.telling me or me being in arrears. I was bombarded with calls and emails and told u can't make a payment arrangement cz they feel l dnt earn enough, but would rather have my credit score affected so l can't help. Finally made a payment arrange decided to pay in advance but was told that's incorrect but l was never told or sent an email. Even the document clearly says 1 April but now im being told 6 march. Like seriously. To be honest Amex and Brachers just want to ensure we have terrible credit history. I wouldn't recommend either companies.
