The only reason they get a 5 star is due to their amazing delivery driver in my area. Nico, bring should give him a raise!
Very unfriendly and unhelpful delivery…
Very unfriendly and unhelpful delivery staff taking little care of the packages being delivered and walking into the apartment with a trolley and dirty boots. Aggressive and threatening when refusing to put packages in the correct room. Not giving the opportunity to make sure the delivery of 30 packages was correct and complete. A disgraceful level of customer service.

Worse delivery service i have ever encounter, somehow it got delayed, it had to be next day delivery, and now its 1 week and its still not delivered.
Door/postbox delivery difficulties
Yesterday I received a package. The postman apparently didn’t have access to enter the building and deliver the package. He called for instructions, still he couldn’t understand, so had to go all the way down to pick it up -what if I were at work? Other providers never have these issues.

Shipment lost, no help from customer service.
Contacted customer support because of a shipment that seems to be stuck. They didn't help me at all. Just said I have to contact the shipping company in my country. But there was no info on which one of the many shipping companies. When I asked who I should contact the representative ignored my question and just left the conversation.

if you have a choese, avoid this company. Very bad management and client service. Rude and irresponsible.
