Downloading ebooks is impossible due to Kopieschutz, failed after various trials. I am used to buying ebooks,never had this problem before. Only readable on their website, which is unpleasant, as I wanted to use my Kindle after converting the EPUB. Cannot ask for a refund as it is a digital product. Deeply disappointed, will never shop here again.

Their website is buggy, there were issues with ordering and account creation. I never received my order and it appeared to have got lost in the system.Though the problem got sorted in a few days, I don't think I will be coming back as it was definitely a hassle.

STEER CLEAR! Worst experience ever. They DO NOT have books they claim having, they are just a scam middle-man with the worst customer service possible.I ordered 5 books on 25 November, they were supposed to ship between 2-4 weeks. Technically, should have arrived before Christmas, but once the waiting time exceeded, I contacted the customer service, who only replied to my queries after my third message containing threats of a bad review. Not only they did not address the issue, they have generated what it looked like an auto-message informing me that the waiting time is "between 2-4 weeks" (that was way after my 4-week wait), what a joke! After several attempts of finding out the real delivery time, they sent a message saying that "As requested, your order has been canceled". I have never requested a cancellation! Super rude, misleading and simply impudent. Do not order from that website, save yourself time and frustration!

I would give 0 stars if I could. The worst company ever in the rank of scammers. I paid for a book and was waiting for more than a month to arrive,after emailing them to check what is wrong with the delivery they sent me an email that they are canceling my order upon my request??? They probably do not even have the books that you see on their website.... Better to avoid.

Paid for an eBook which means that they should provide access to read at least and to download the content.They haven't acknowledge the payment, haven't sent any confirmation, and do not respond to any of email I sent them. Now struggling to get my money back, really poor and disappointing service.
Very sad that bucher.de replied me that my payment is just booked and not paid, which was not the case. I place the order again so I was charged again. Can you please come back to me and answer to my written complaints?

Ordered a puzzle and order was accepted and paid. Good job I also paid for an insurance in case it would never arrive because of Covid.A month later I hear that the item was not available and insurance paid back the small amount of 15 something euro. 1 month later after the order was cancelled I received the item all by sudden. They demanded payment immediately. I paid also 2 months later as I had to wait for 2 months and they are now sending emails through a lawyer that I have to pay another 96 euro for administration and lawyer costs.

Thank you for canceling debt collection. One remark though; once you cancelled the first order due to unavailable products shouldn't you have informed me and ask for confirmation that the order will be submitted again since you found the product? With other words when you canceled the order I purchased the product elsewhere and then when you sent it again I had it purchased twice without my consent. Even when you received payment I kept receiving emails from the debt collection lawyer. You need to check your procedures if you want to improve your customer service.

Very unhappy experience being told that my book was ever being delivered. I tried engaging with supportover several months and it turned out that they had said they had a copy of a book they did not. Long story short, I lost a lot of time to a company which is wheeling and dealing by scraping what book I was looking for. I will not be buying from them again as it just seems too uncertain.
