There is ZERO customer service provided by this company. In fact I don't think there are any human beings,period. They are the payment processor for software that the large enterprise company I work for users. To set them up as a vendor in our procurement system we need certain information. Multiple attempts were made to request this information. The responses were from robots directing me to a web page that did not have the information I needed. I asked to speak to a human being about my issue. They refused to send me any contact info. I do not understand why any vendor whould use them as their reseller/payment processor.read more

I started using FastSpring some years ago, swayed by the reports of excellent customer support.Up until recently I've not really had any issues, and any queries have been responded to reasonably quickly. However the past few months have been completely different. I currently have a problem with customer payments being received, but the return email with digital download links not being sent. I queried this before Christmas and was told no problems could be found. Since then the issue has re-occurred repeatedly and I've located an error message on the relevant transactions, clearly indicating that response emails are not being sent. This means I have to deal with each sale manually, defeating the purpose of using a so-called 'full service e-commerce platform'. I raised a support ticket a week ago and have heard nothing since the automatic response, stating that I was in a queue. This despite two follow-up emails from me, requesting a progress report and explaining my situation. I'm planning to relaunch my website next week, aiming for a better user experience, increased traffic and (hopefully) sales. After spending thousands of £'s and putting in hundreds of hours working on the re-launch, I want to ensure the online store is working properly. With no other way to contact their technical support than this, I have given up on FastSpring and am urgently looking for an alternative. Preferably one with 24/7 chat/telephone support lines.read more
Fastspring & Lazysoft are Scam companies

I used there company called lazysoft to download a program to help me fix my tablet did not realisecould not use on a tablet emailed fastspring they said if I wanted a refund I would have to contact lazysoft tried contacting them they do not reply.read more

They are the most expensive commerce solution available but have the worst support ever.Customer support portal does not seem to be monitored at all. After 3 business days still no reply to my urgent support call #01020487 regarding a $1,000 sale. Impossible to escalate a unanswered support issue as no contact emails or numbers. Have to resort to requesting for help on their Facebook page which is also a hit and miss affair as nobody seems to be monitoring that either. I think they run on autopilot with zero staff...read more

Fraudulent activities.
Never use this dodgy company. Never fall in trap of trial.It will charge you without notice and will not give you instant access to your account. Disgusting company. I heard quote : Robbers are not doing robbing by physically, rather they open online company.read more

Hard to contact. Charged me after my 6 month trial of autotune unlimited because I haven’t received an email to tell me that my free trial is expiring soon.I don’t need the product. I want refund.

I searched for a long time to find a link to cancel the subscription that had been extended beyond what I had agreed to.When I finally found it I received no confirmation that I had successfully cancelled. My credit card was subsequently charged anyway. I will not make any more online purchases that pass through FastSpring. Doesn't FastSpring even sound like a trap?????read more
