BYBIT IS GEARED TO MAKE YOU LOSE !!!!
ITS LIKE GAMBLING AGAINST THE HOUSE IN A CASINO.I had over $10,000 in BYBIT - Numerous trades had the incorrect portion of funds taken out. Ie - I had a $280 Will set on LIMIT. I took the win and I only received $30.
No joke - $30 !!!
And that’s only 1 after a number of others.
I put orders into bybit according to other oscillators for added Infomation and analysis - yet 9/10 times I placed an order the price would crash back !!
They have BOTS at BYBIT targeting high leverage traders - in order to liquidate you.
They DO NOT want you to win.
Ohhh - and don’t bother reaching out for help resolving an issue. There online help centre is useless.
Lesson learned. I’ll stick to what I know and what made me successful in crypto in the first place - and it ain’t with BYBIT.
Stay away from these leverage trading crooks.
FYI - all these YouTubers pushing this leverage trading crap , needs to STOP.
Most people are not seasoned in Crypto/trading - let alone leverage trading.
It’s glorified gambling - On a larger scale.
Most people are not experienced and are losing a lot of $$.
Enough of my rant. Goodbye, and I’ll be never to return to these so called “ traders”

ISSUES WITH MY ASSET AND TAKE-PROFIT on the 9th of march 2021

Hello Support Team,
Please be informed that I had an issue with my trade that I initiated on the 9th of March 2021 the Trade took upto 24hrs and my take profit was (1855.00)to my surprise at 1877 the trade was still running. I attempted to stop it but it didn’t stop so I logged out and login again to confirm the trade. But I could not find the profit in my Asset wallet.
I immediately took to support and chatted with (Manh ) from your support team and Manh told me the issue will be looked into by the IT Team and the IT team will resolve the issue. But until now, I have not gotten any response.
Also, I took to support again today the 13th of March 2021 and I chatted with Marc who just told me that Manh is colleague entered the case and it is waiting for resolution from the IT Department. I sent another message on the 13th of March 2021 from one of your postal in bybit and I got automatic response that the issue will be looked into and resolved.
Please I need your urgent support to resolve this issue and credit my asset with the required profit and my capital that was supposed to be in my asset.

The Black Hole called 'Fees'

On the surface, the platform is simple enough to trade and deal with but as you get more into it the worse it gets.A few times now I have been in profit, not much like $100-$200 and I decide the price is going against me so I want to take this little profit instead of a loss then re-enter later. I set the limit order (not market), the order is filled. So how much profit do you think I have? Should be what the site was telling me right? In this case $100-$200 but no no no you are wrong. You get $5. That's right 5 bucks. Where has the profit gone? Fees apparently...So scalping or small % gains is completely pointless on Bybit because they'll scam your profit in fees. I'll call it a scam even though they do 'explain' their fees somewhere but unless you're a goddamn mathematician you aren't working that crap out whilst you are timing closing your trade. The unrealised profit should factor in the fees in so you can make a better judgement, not work out what the hell happened after you've closed the trade. For larger amounts of profit they do seem fine and withdrawals and accounting work great. I'd rather them just say it costs $100 bucks to make a trade upfront opposed to trying to work out what the hell went on when I close a trade in profit and then it's all gone. I'm mad because it twice today, Like $300 would have been something but $10 lol no. And it's the same if you close a trade at breakeven - you'll be $100-$200 down. This could really wipe people out without them really knowing what's happened.

I’m so frustrated with the reimbursement policy!!! I have proof that an unauthorized trader closedtrades I was in and I lost 5btcusd on February 15th 2021 by an unauthorized user and bybit team keeps saying my claim isn’t supported despit I provided screenshots of my log in times and someone changed my password and logged out in my account out the country... I mean c’mon if I have the damn proof why can’t you reimbursement my account!!! I’m going to Coinbase at least they have better security and policies it’s so stupid.

Stay away, read the reviews here carefully.
I put on a trade from the ISOLATE panel and they defaulted me to CROSS wiping me out.They don't seem to care, and do not see this as an issue. In fact, their support said this was 'New safety feature'. How is defaulting somebody to the riskiest method safety?
If the ISOLATE trade was not configured properly, it should prevent the trade. However it doesn't, it will simply default you to CROSS. So dangerous.
I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt here, I have been trying to 2 weeks via support to get this sorted. So far, based on the responses I have received from support. Here is my impression of the site, which reflects what many others are saying.
They have a hyper aggressive marketing campaign pushed by sellout low caliber youtubers designed to lure new traders into their platform with the promise of riches. They then default their trades to CROSS to wipe them out, others here report they ignore their stop losses and liquidate them early.
Support will respond with 'Our backend says its cross' even though you know, and they know, it was launched from the Isolate panel.
2 weeks and nobody at Bybit is taking my situation seriously. I'm feeling duped and robbed right now, I've asked them to review this situation and I'm hoping they can properly review it. Perhaps my situation could be resolved if it was escalated to somebody that can review beyond simply the backend. I genuinely do not enjoy having negative views of Bybit and wish for a resolution.
Edit: They claim they compensate for losses due to system errors. They recently changed their system to introduce a 'safety feature'. This new safety feature defaulted my trade to Cross (I am giving them the benefit of the doubt here to say it was an error and not intentional). Whilst they have admitted this new safety feature was implemented they are yet to acknowledge it defaulted my Isolate trade to Cross jeopardizing my entire portfolio. I have received no compensation at all thus far. Eagerly waiting for a response however. This is killing me, have not had a good night sleep since this happened.
Update:
I just got a response saying that they understand the UI fault and it will be passed onto the relevant department. They also said, in the same email, the system was working fine. To confess a fault exists, and it is working fine seems a little strange. The fault it working perfectly? It sounds to me like they are admitting an error, yet also trying to not compensate me for my losses. I am yet to get a clear confirmation as to whether I am going to be compensated or not. You'd think it would be pretty clear that with the emails and transcripts I have confirming a fault occurred with the UI that I would get my damages resulting from said fault compensated.
I wouldn't wish what I have been through on my worst enemy, this has been completely gut wrenching.
Update 2:
I've received a response from MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) and kind folks there stated that as Bybit is not licensed there is little they can do. They did however state that it is an offence for any business to behave in a manner that constitute fraud or deceptive behavior and provided me with a link to the Singapore Police to file a report. I recommend to anybody reading this that has experienced things such as scam wicks, altered orders or having your trade defaulted to cross from the isolate panel just so they can take your entire portfolio, or anything else that may constitute fraud, too also file a report with the Singapore Police. I'm in the process of doing it now with the aim to submit it in a few days, going to be thorough.
