I had a great experience working with Cad Crowd on the CAD development for a completely new product I’m creating. This was my first time going through the engineering and CAD process, and both Lucian and Liviu were incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient throughout the project. Liviu took my initial concept, reference images, measurements, and functional requirements and turned them into a detailed, manufacturable design. He was very receptive to my feedback and made several adjustments to the proportions and dimensions until the design felt right. I especially appreciated that he considered not only the appearance of the product, but also the attachment mechanism, materials, tolerances, hardware, assembly, and how it would ultimately be prototyped and manufactured. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Lucian was also extremely helpful in answering my questions, explaining what was included, and making sure I received all of the files I would need, including STEP files, STL files, engineering drawings, and the native editable CAD files. Developing a brand-new physical product can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re new to product engineering, and they made the process much easier to navigate. I’m very happy with the final work and excited to move into the prototyping stage. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for professional CAD or product-development assistance.
