Awful company. Will never buy more in Calzedonia. I have made an order 4.05. I have made from Latvija,but to my friend in Belgium for 100€. 12.05 i wrote them. Because my order still in progress. Guess what they answered? Below: “We inform you that your order 46758308 will be cancelled and the authorization is also cancelled as the billing and the shipping address have to be from the same country. You should order from the Belgium website depending on where you live. Both addresses have to be from the same country.” ARE YOU CRAZY?! I can pay even from the moon! Its not your business!!! And if I didnt write you today, you would never explain me ? Return my money I i will never buy in Calzedonia. Many shops that are much more better and more Customer oriented. P.S. of course no one connected me by mail as they answered and no money refund))) super.

Customer service needs a lot of work! I returned a bikini two weeks ago and the refund has still not being processed.When I called customer service, I was on hold for a while because they couldn’t even find my order. The guy was like, please try to call us later. He at least sent an email afterwards. How long does it take you to process a return? The delivery of the items to my home was also long after purchase.

Order hasn't arrive and no refund

I placed an order 45959709 on March 18th and used express shipping to make sure the order arrives before I go on a vacation.I already came back from my vacation and order still hasn't arrive, and I obviously no longer need the items. Based on the tracking, there was a damage during transition, and I assume the order was sent back to the seller. I spoke to your customer service representative through a chat and was told that I'll receive an info through an email about my refund. So far there is no email and no refund. Please let me know how long will it take to resolve the issue and receive my $501.34 back to my card. I tried to contact CS through the form on a website, but it's inactive. Chat is offline and no one is answering the phone. Thank you Ekaterina

Terrible quality products, non-existing service. Delaying refunds.

It’s now been over a month since Calzedonia confirmed they received my return and are issuing a refund.Still haven’t got my money. Please beware, their phone doesn’t work, web chat takes at least 30 minutes to connect, and email responses are unhelpful as they just keep telling you to wait. Have to wait for another month to complain to ombudsman. On the product side, the quality was very subpar. Never buying from them again.

Chasing for refund.

Very bad customer service.I had ordered 3 leggings online and payed everything including delivery butin the evening I get a call from their sales representative to tell me that I need to pay more for delivery which was absolutely ridiculous.If I had to pay more they should have done it at checkout. So went to physical store to get my stuff and asked their sales rep to refund my delivery charges they said it can only be done online. So now I email them with everything and they still keep asking for the proof that I should show them that it wasn’t delivered to my home address and don’t know how to prove that. This company is sham.I won’t be buying anything from them.

I have been waiting on my refund for 3 months, emailed numerous times - got a generic response and noresolution. Tweeted - no response. Used Resolver.com - got same generic response. Used the online chat (of which I have kept the transcript) - promised my refund would come though, in a few days, both times, and surprise NO REFUND. I loved shopping in Calzedonia but online service is diabolical - are you just going to keep my money?? 5 DAYS ON - still no contact from Calzedonia, even though they have responded on here.

The worst customer service

UPDATE: It's been 1.5 months and Calzedonia has done nothing. Stay away from this company.They will steal your money! The worst customer service. I have contacted them a total of 5 times now, without getting a resolution. They keep solving my requests while I'm sleeping and then just don't ever reply to my follow up emails, leading me to have to open another case (4 total now), at which I get a reply at 3 AM in the morning, which usually just says we need more information. Then my requests are marked solved and I am unable to get a response from the same person again. I returned some $20 shaping tights because they were defect. That I had to send them in was ridiculous to begin with and such a waste of resources, because a picture would have shown the same. When I got my refund, they only refunded me $8. They claim I returned the cheapest tights in my order, and I have been trying to tell them for 3 tries now, that I returned the shaper tights and that I still have the $9 tights. There's a clear difference, not only because the tights defect was due to the way the shaper pattern was sewn. I also tried chatting with them. That was without luck. The person said they would reach out to me via email with a resolution. I never got a a response back. I want the rest of my refund or I will contact the Better Business Bureau. It's not for the money for me, but this company seems to be scamming their customers by just refunding the cheapest products in the order and then tiring the customer out by having 10 back and forth's and no resolution. I will never order from here ever again.

Awful customer service

I have placed my order on 14th December, and have never received it since their internal system changed my shipping address,even though I have put correct billing address, and indicated that my shipping address is the same, but then when i checked my order confirmation their system has changed my shipping address: postcode and no flat number... I have contacted online chat middle january about this and they promised that they will refund me and send me an email confirming this. I have never received my money back nor email. Customer service is so bad, I had to wait literally 3 hours online to get to speak someone online, i emailed them like 5 times, nobody has ever replied to me, i tried to call several times, the queue is enormous. Please return my money, my order number is 43465164.
