Do not pay to list your car on cars.com. Listed my truck for sale, private sale. spent the time inputing all the relevant information.listing was approved same day a few weeks ago. Went to log in today, account was disabled and my listing was closed. No communication from cars.com zero. Big ol waste of time. I am so glad I didn't pay for a listing because then that would have just added more incentive to leave more negative reviews.read more

Ive messaged more than 5 people about their cars, through cars.com's pre-made email messengers,and i have gotten ZERO responses. Its been around 3 Weeks, and i havent gotten any calls or emails. Very dissapointing.read more

Purchased a truck at Milford Auto Annex through cars.com. Wow! What a mistake! This was the epitome of taken by a used car salesman!There is so many covered up problems, went back to the dealership and spoke to the owner Derek Ciesla who assured me the truck would pass inspection, yeah...after $3000 of work it might! This has been a nightmare! I guess cars.com doesn’t care if the dealership is honest or not. If you use cars.com, ensure you have a lawyer Incase the dealership is like Milford Auto Annex in NH, they are not “good guys” like they seem. Lied through their teeth!read more

Dont buy a kia! We bought a brand new sorento. We need a camera. Thats it! Car will not run withoutthe camera since its part of the safety sytem.so no we have a brand new car we cant drive the past 6 months. We have been waiting 6 months on kia to get us a camera! We keep getting lied to and dates switched! They keep letting us pay our expensive car payments while doing nothing to fix our car! No rental is being offered. They sell cars they cant provide replacement parts for. I was going to buy a new Telluride. Not now! We only had the car a week and the glass just broke driving down the road. Same window my daughters car seat is in. After doing research i found out its a common problem with kia glass. Do yourself a favor and buy from another auto maker. Rant over!read more
