We were greeted by Watcyn Jones at the door. He was very helpful and polite. He showed us a selection of cars as we were unsure of what we were looking for.Then he gave us some space to have a good look around. When we decided on our vehicle, he brought the car inside for us to view properly and arranged a test drive. Then he completed our cars valuation when we were out test driving the new vehicle, which saved time for us as we intended on purchasing the new vehicle. Very happy with the service we received and will definitely be shopping there in the future for any other vehicles.

Don’t buy a car from this cowboy outfit ! From picking the car up not valeted to having many problems with the engine etc don’t bother with this outfit they are awful.You can’t get hold of them !And when you finally do get your car in for them to fix because of there poor workmanship you get it back and it’s still broke and they try to blame you for breaking it!Total COWBOYS don’t buy a car from these!

Giving this a 3* because I had mixed experiences. Talking to the sales team using online chat was very easy and informative (for obvious reasons).We were notified the car was at the location 2 days before our scheduled pick up so it would now be processed/ valeted etc. When we got there two days later, we stood outside for 45 minutes in -3 temperatures as the car wasn’t ready. We saw staff turning up for work and sprinting across the car park as more people turned up to collect their cars. We were then told the car was still being valeted so offered to sit just inside the reception doors as weren’t allowed inside the building due to Covid -fair enough; it was much warmer anyway. 20 minutes later we were told that the car wasn’t finished still so please to bear with. Another 30 minutes and we were told to head back round to the collection point so we did. People had arrived and left and we were still waiting for our car to appear. 15 minutes later it appeared. The sales person did say because we had waited so long they would put £20 of fuel in the car as a gesture of goodwill. The car looked very clean and tidy from the outside, standard wear and tear expected. The inside was clean however the drivers seat and only one of the passengers seats had covers on them. This seemed a bit strange and as we removed them we realised it was because the seats had marks on them that they clearly hadn’t got round to cleaning. The rubber trims of the windows/doors still had white cleaning products on them; the valet was clearly done in a hurry. Even though we were given £20 fuel it didn’t really cover the inconvenience of what took nearly 3 hours in the end to pick up a car that had been delivered 2 days prior. This would have been given a 2 star rating but the reason it has 3 is because I just spoke to a lovely person called Morgan in customer service enquiring about the V5 certificate and she completed the form with me on the phone and was very friendly. She couldn’t do enough. This star is for you Morgan.

been to ashton car shop vid and sound will be on soon ,tried to get my money back under consumer act2015 did not do the repairs ,i recorded them it will be on soon.Faulty’ means the car is not: ‘of satisfactory quality’ - it should do what you’d expect for its age, mileage, price and type ‘fit for purpose’ - eg if you asked for a car that would pull a caravan, it has to be able to do that ‘as described’ - it has to match the advert or the description the trader gave you If the problem fits into at least one of these categories, take it back to the trader before 18 October 2020 to get a full refund. You have longer if you only want a repair - and if the trader takes too long (or it causes you too much inconvenience), you’ll still be entitled to a refund. Think about whether the problem is likely to lead to bigger issues when you’re deciding whether you’d rather get a repair or a refund. If you don't need the problem fixing, you might want to ask the trader for a discount instead. If the fault means you can’t drive the car, you should ask the trader to come and collect it. If you part-exchanged your old car Ask for the old car back too, if you’re asking for a refund. If the trader already sold on your old car, ask for the value they gave it when you did the deal on the new one.and stop saying you're looking into it,delay tactics,you got a letter today you have 7 i'll be taking you to court, many days do you need to view things you got the emails the report from a garage what is going on.still waiting for reply from them 6days,they are not part of the motor organisation,look you see like motor ombudsman.still no reply.still no reply,thats ok been to Court and got them a ccj just waiting for the high court now,got my writ today now its the sheriffs turn now. paid in full,if thay giving you a load of bull take them to court .

Felt like my kindness was taken for weakness I needed a vehicle fast in an emergency transportationfor work and to go to church my old vehicle clocked out on me and because I've worked out Robinson I arrived at carshop for new vehicle as I entered in the greeting was wonderful I test drove 5 vehicles and chose three of them my heart was set on the Mitsubishi SUV 2019 and my second choice was a Buick 2016 the last g m c Teran and I asked the sales lady to try the Mitsubishi first but she insist on trying the GMC to Teran because she kept saying it's loaded it was a 2015 I didn't care about it being loaded I wanted the Mitsubishi 2019 Kristen gave me three different stories and came back saying congratulations you've been approved for the g m c Teran I said that's not what I asked you to run first she just kept saying it's loaded it's better than the 2019 I asked Kristen how when the 2019 cost less she said well I could try again but you may not get approved for anyting because I allow her words to put fear in me not to try again for the car I wanted I took what she gave me and I'm not happy that I allow that to happen the car has been shopped twice already and I've only had it for 2 weeks I would not tell anyone not to go there because it was only one sales woman named Kristen musen whom I had a bad experience with as my customer service rep and so you can't say everyone there is bad I just encourage you to not let them push what they want you to have versus the car you want may the good LORD bless you and stay safe??

I have to agree with comments that the aftersales care is very poor. They failed to follow through onwhat was agreed at point of purchase and when raising a further query about a car mat I was told at best, a pre rehearsed line about cars being given test drive mats or at worst a lie, the guy either hadnt listened or read the email properly which is hardly suprising as all he wanted to do was get me off the phone as quickly as possible. It would have cost them maybe £10 or £20 to deliver a good level of service which maybe would have made up for the fact I was chasing for something that was promised and not delivered in the first place. I also found the previous owners hairbrush in the back of the car so the valet was obviously not too thorough either. Nice car but wont be buying from them again.

We went to the Sheffield CarShop yesterday and the service we got was the best we could ask for.Jason and Matt Broadhead were both so helpful and friendly and make our experience very enjoyable. We will definitely be back in the future and we’ve already recommended the car shop to all our family and friends!
