Cancelled without notice & unable to get in touch with customer service

After multiple attempts to place an order through their eboutique and failing, I emailed customer service about the website crashing issue with no response.Somehow the next try went through and I was able to place an order. Two days passed with no other updates so I went to check the order status and it shows "cancelled"? Tried calling their customer service but nobody picked up and I gave up after 15 minutes of waiting on hold. This is by far the worst experience I've had with placing an order online - they didn't even provide an update or reason on the cancellation. Plain ridiculous. Update: Sent them an email & tried reaching them through the phone number left in their reply below. Still nothing. You'd think they would make it a priority to provide a solution after they acknowedge a negative review and requested for contact.

I wouldn't give it any stars if was possible. I bought the love bracelet based on the size their customer service recommended.Tried it on and it was too small. Sent it to get exchanged, a month later still hadn't heard from them. I call them, after a wait time of 45 Minutes, as soon as they get details the call gets cut off. And i think they will call back since they got my details but nope so i get on another wait, finally 1 hour 25 minutes later they were like your exchange did not qualify so the team is seeing what to do about it. 1. I wore it just to try it on, 2. If thats the case why have not for a month or been provided any sort of update. So i am like okay whats next, so she is like well you wait. I am so shocked at their customer service especially when the prices are sky high

Again promises promises. Cartier said they would get back to be to address the issues and nothing.spent thousands of dollars and it seems they could care less. if you say you are going to get back to a customer, get back to a customer. don't just provide lip service.

Unbelievably bad ordering experience. Unable to place a simple order online, chat function unresponsive after many attempts with different computers and browsers,no answer by their phone line after waiting 30 minutes or more several times, no responses to several emails. Their site promises expedited delivery of two business days on items more than $500 but when I eventually was able to place the order the delivery time was ten days out. They charged my credit card immediately but the site says order is "processing" with no tracking information.

My wife purchased a Cartier Love bracelet for me for my college graduation. Unfortunately she bought the wrong size AND had it engraved.Cartier will not exchange the piece and stated we would need to send to Paris to be recreated. They also stated Cartier would cover 40-60% of the cost. We agreed. First we had to send the bracelet to New York to be inspected for damage. It was literally out of the box for 1 minute and sent back the next day. They have now had my bracelet in New York for 10 days and no “reference number” as promised on Friday 5/7/21 that I would have in 24-48 hours. So my $5,000 bracelet is MIA. Given the cost of the bracelet we are prepared to seek legal action. Cartier has no answers for me and absolutely the worst customer service. Update: Talked to Elizabeth yesterday morning and she ASSURED me that there would be a RUSH on the email stating what it was going to cost us and where my bracelet was in the process. Still no email. They have now had my bracelet for 11 days and I still have no answers. We are now going to seek legal action as we believe the $5,000 piece is lost.

Online shipping kit request form, and customer service email do not work

What has happened to Cartier customer service? In January on their website I requested a shipping kit to send back a watch,which had a clasp that pops open every few seconds. Even though I received an email confirming that the shipping kit was requested and being sent, it was never received. In March I repeated the process and requested a shipping kit, got the confirmation email, and it never arrived. In April, I sent an email to customer service and never received a reply. I called customer service 800 number and was told the shipping kit request form online does not work (!) and the emails sent to customer service are often lost (!). He sent me a shipping kit and I sent in my watch. 10 days later, I had not heard a thing. I tracked the fedex number saw that it had been received 7 days earlier but no email was sent to me. I called and they were working on the watch. I received no email or call, no automated message, nothing. In order to talk to a customer service agent, I waited on hold for 29 minutes (!) before anyone picked up. The customer service associate I spoke with was delightful but it is crazy to me that this whole process has been pretty atrocious.

This is the first time in my life I am ever writing a review. I am appalled by the entire customer experience by the Houston Cartier store.I was a repeat customer spending thousands however this is the final straw. My time and money will be spent elsewhere and I refuse to now wear and promote such deceitful brand. First off, you have to call upwards of 5 times to get someone to even answer the phone to make an “appointment”. Second, the return policy is a lie. If you wear the item out the store (for safety reasons like getting your bag stolen on the way to the car) you cannot return or exchange the item even the next day! That’s fine but at least tell your customers before they walk out the door!!! Thirdly, the idiot sales rep tightened my brand new love bangle so tight that my husband couldn’t even get it off resulting in unnecessary scratches. I had no choice but to drive back an hour to that store the following day to get the thing taken off!!! And get this, when I ask for an exchange of another or same item, I get the worst attitude and he tells me if he would have known that was my intent, he would have told me to stay home!! WTH?? And be stuck with this bracelet on my hand forever?? What if I had to get x-rays??? And finally there is NO apology, and no manager or store director available to at least listen to my concerns and they don’t even call you back after numerous messages. Now I get angry every time I look at this bracelet. This company just lost thousands of future revenue from me and my family. Good riddance!

Recently purchased a ring from their website. I was then told that if I wanted to receive my item I would have to pay a delivery tax to DHL.Cartier said that they would credit me £106.00 back and I should pay it. I have not received my refund to date. They say they have credited my debit card, which I have check, but no payment has been made. Would not buy anything again from them!
