I wanted to cancel the service for not use more than half of a year frozen, but they ask for a revocation form to be send to their business address 14 days in advance.I wasn't able to do that since I'm not in Germany and they did not accept my solicitude.
After been charged and sent to a third party to get their payment, I payed all plus the extra fees of course and I got suggested (dealing with German business) cancelling my service immediately after paying the new year, so I did.
And now I have access to the platform but all services were shut down.
Every time I send and email to them, the answer takes at least 3 to 4 days.read more

The user interface is great and process a simple and effective one. My only qualm was that when I phoned I wasn't understood since they are German.Unfortunately my German is not very good. This said they did do their utmost to help and they found someone that could communicate enough that we resolved our issues effectively.
