Took forever to get the bike when it said two days more like two weeks, did not get all the stuff for the bike was missing peddles,an pegs, reached out too the company they give me the run around of 20 ?s when you reply to them it takes for ever to get a email back poor customer service on getting help, I bought a $300 bike from a company that has so I rating well I’m thinking not what a waste of time an money. The bike came well packaged. Assembly was very easy. We found out that the front tire was not keeping the air pressure.Upon calling the City Grounds, Rosa the service associate, was able to assist me effectively, approving my suggestion that a local bike shop can provide the required service and City Ground reimburse the invoice, which they did without a delay. Days earlier I was attempting to get the remedy Via email, however, Javier who answered my email was making the story so complicated. Thanks for Rosa.read more
