Every do often I get a small charge from this company, and I have no clue who they are. Amazon? Discord?Spotify? Nope. Whoever cleeeeng is, they're constantly risking putting my account into negative standing. It's hard for me to know where the breach has come from but I wouldn't trust this company based on the fact they're at the very least associated with a security breach, and at the worst they're charging me for nothing.

I need to know what a charge is for, this company is NOT transparent, and does not offer any assistance for a sudden charge to the account.Absolutely unacceptable. Not one of my subs fall in to a chargeable period that I wouldn't be informed of, not to mention ANY company worth their salt wouldn't go out of their way to hide why they are charging someone. Who are you and why are you charging me? Not questions anyone should fight to answer.

I would rate lower than this but you unfortunately can't. I missed my event, I was not satisfied with the service,and I should get a refund. I tried everything I could and even watched the video but nothing was helpful to my situation. I wont be using this web site again and I would not recommend using it either.

No response despite message to zen desk and messenger, trying to stop them taking money I don’t have for a subscription i can’t access despite paying,just keeps asking me to take out another paid subscription, surely this is not legal to not be able to get out of a subscription...... total theft of my money, pay money receive nothing!

Horrible company. I streamed live events through them and they took over 50 percent of my earnings.OF course they claim everything is explained in terms & conditions, but I got like 4 different explanations why they took my money. I can't cover the costs of my streams because more than half of my earnings went to Cleeng. Don't work with them if you want to earn money. Basically, they earn more than you off of your events. Also horrible customer service. Avoid at all costs.
