I have order a rings twice already inside of a month time , the first time they claim that it was anerror and they thought they had the ring ,well I'm fine with that any human or machine can make a mistake, But The second time were your own website is stated again they got the ring and you ordered then weeks later stated refund in your account , is it because I use your discount and is Popular ring. Anyway I think this company is a joke .read more

Just ordered the silver "Land Ho" mens pendant. Delivery was super quick, when I opened the box the 2 peices were pretty awesome to be fair and the quality better than the picture shows.Very happy. Only 4 stars as I'm am not wearing at the moment (its a gift to me from my partner)read more

I've bought multiple items from them. The last item - a ring - I had to exchange for a different size twice.The return shipment was paid for every single time. Their service is awesome. They processed everything immediately, didn't make me feel guilty, I was taken aback by the helpfulness. I can't recommend them enoughread more

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this company is fantastic!
I ordered a necklace and a ring for my boyfriend for Christmas.They both arrived super quickly and both items were stunning -really good quality. Unfortunately, however, the ring was too big. I contacted the company to start the exchange process and they responded quickly and kept me updated along the way. I was helped by a lady called Cristina - she’s been amazing!

Amazing customer service and craftsmanship. The pictures of their jewelry don’t do them justice.I had to exchange sizes on my bracelet and their exchange portal is easy and painless.
