Really pleased with the delivery of my mums sofas. Found telesales for arrangement of delivery ‘jobsworth’ to be honest, I tried to explain I live an hour away so would appreciate a call with as much notice as possible on the day, I found her manner abrupt and she didn’t get my point, what a pity I didn’t catch her name. However the delivery drivers Marvin and Rob were a totally different kettle of fish, cheery, polite and did the job in hand to perfection! Fecknam way

Incredibly disappointed !
Called for a quotation to Manchester airport and when called back to make the booking the price then jumped £40. When I asked why was told had mis-quoted previously, so how was this my fault ? . found another company from leeds instead who honoured first price.
Faulty and terrible customer service
Faulty, as in does not work at all, electrical device, receipt damaged due to a leaked item from my other shopping, no help from Customer service with no receipt. I offered my credit card transaction details but it takes to long for them to trace that way apparently. Only wanted a credit note, I shop there every week. I have no income due to COVID-19 and this is money I can't afford to loose. Disgraceful.
