By offering incentives for users to report ransomware and other scams, we help fight online crime. Our Trudatum product gives users the ability to register and authenticate any type of data, providing instant, secure online confirmation of the authenticity of documents and other files. Trudatum has applications beyond the crypto space, in e-commerce, online banking and insurance, and any process that requires confirmation of steps by multiple actors in dispersed locations. This allows us to fight the multibillion dollar losses caused by document fraud every year. In 2019 we launched new, unique service - Reclaim Crypto. I think they promised to much and they can't actually deliver to anyone. We filed a collective casesince April 2020 for the Stakedwallet.biz ponzi scheme scam therefore it has elapsed about 1 year and things drop dead I mean literally nothing happened except few automatic templates emails that sounds silly anyway. I tried to phone the company itself however the bloke who answered my phone calls didn't proved any useful either the only thing he was able to tell me was to contact them on Jira, therefore Coinfirm doesn't actually recover anything they are like the middle man in the middle all this recovery thing is just hidden marketing to lure you in by buying them AML products in hope you'll manage to chase your funds through Blockchain but from here to actually someone promise you to recover your funds is a huge difference.
Yes misleading, false promises is all I can say about them.

I can tell you that here are a lot of 1Star Feedbacks from some Russian/Indian Scammers, they are just mad, becauze they know, that somebody hunting them. And I support all this actions. I can tell you if you get scammed, your chance is 1% to get your money back ever. But 1% is better than never.
The scammers think we can not find them, but the mistacke is, that they contact peoples over Telegramm Chat, they belive they cant locate them over Telegramm. But belive me I know a guy who can track exactly the location, and belive me @all scammers out there, that have nothing to do with this guys on coinfirm, but we are collecting multiple of Funds for hunt you, your family , you are in danger yes, belive me, we got some private soldier out with scissors for take off slowly your fin... run for you life scammers run..

After I got scammed I yesterday spend 10h to find a recovery service, hackers or lawyers.Lawyers dont cross any Fingers under a 50K loss, Hackers smile to u and answer impossible, and other offers are a scam in the scam and want have money from u before they take action.
That Company I payd for Priority, they already wrote me back, that my Case will be done under rewiev under the next Hours.. So Im absolut okei with that, they try to help me at least. If they can blacklist the wallet who stole my funds, there at least wil be a little chance and Im sure, that they will answer me maby not with my funds back within 1week, but maby one day, they surprise me. So thats why u earn the 5 Stars, while the other reviews are maby a little to strict. There is noone another who would be helpful, than an expensive lawyer who just can send to several exchanges a warn from this wallet. I know from what Im speaking about. I hope u will have some success!

Filed a claim in November 2020
By January 2021 I hadn't heard from them.Emailed them every day for a week without reply. Gave up.
Found one of their staff on Linkedin and messaged him. He gave me the same email address I hadn't received a reply from but would not give a phone number.
He must have prompted someone to follow up with me as I got an email saying they were very busy and a claim could take a few weeks. This was 12 weeks after I filed the claim. They did offer me the chance to speed up my claim by paying 5000 AML, which I think is around £150. Speed up in what way I don't know.
So its now 8th April I have still had no update on my claim. DON'T EVER USE THESE LOT. They are as bad as the conmen who steal your crypto in the first place.

Filled out a detailed request form, heard nothing and just before the two week mark my request was deleted and all information I had provided was removed.I had even followed up with additional information, but no one even acknowledged me.

Do not waste your time with this company. They request a huge mount of information to process your case.(Which in one senses is fine considering more information better chances of detailed investigation, right?) but they show you zero evidence themselves on what they are doing with their "investigation". For me it was incredibly lengthy and time consuming to provide all required information, plus buy their special crypto token to get "priority review" (please change this to just sending the value in fiat, its not easy to be buying crypto when you have just been hacked and need to shut down all wallets, exchanges). By the time I had jumped through the all the hoops, the thieves were long gone, tumbled the coins through wallets etc. lot of the evidence required appears to be checking if you are trying to pull a fast one, and at times I felt I was the one under investigation.
On first application you must submit a form, which asks all the address that were hacked, with TXT hashes and receiving addresses. Then after submitting Coinfirm get back to you and ask to send screenshots of all said addresses. Could this not have been asked in the first form? why waste people's time? They also ask for screenshots of all emails you are having with wallet providers, which for me was many and again just increased the time for anything to be happening with my "case"
after 3 weeks of filling in forms, going back and forth I received a very bland generic email saying they would not continue with my case, as it was deemed unfeasible. No explanation why it was unfeasible, just couple of "could be" reasons to which any case could be unfeasible, nothing specific to my case. There is never any names on their email correspondence so no idea who is doing what or who to refer to. its very impersonal customer service. The email informing me they not would be taking the case forward itself seemed to be written as an internal employee IT service note to all staff, (short, curt, impersonal) rather then to someone who has just lost their entire life savings.
Summary
Very lengthy amount of evidence to send in before your case is deemed reviewable.
No idea/evidence how much time or effort is being given to your case (if any).
No reason given to why they deny your case.
