READ TO END FOR A MUCH MUCH BETTER AND MORE RELIABLE SERVICE FOR £195 CHEAPER.
This shower completelyscrewed my flight plans up by their decision to cancel Saturday testing when I was flying on Tuesday. The only option they gave was to reschedule to Friday which ofcourse was more than 72 hours before my flight. They tried to pretended it was the government's fault and not theirs - but it was their own commercial decision. When I told them that it was clearly their own decision and not government, they hung up on me - they couldn't face the truth about themselves.
So I had to change my flight (and rearrange my quarantine booking , and reapply for my Certificate of Entry to Thailand, and rebook the Fit-To-Fly health certificate session with the GP) all just to suit this outfit's commercial decision to closedown on Saturdays. - Complete shysters. Life is difficult enough at the moment without this crowd, who over-charge anyway, playing games on and telling untruths to their customers.
After all that, I found that ExpressTest at LHR or LGW provide exactly the same test with certificate in 24 hours for £80 a whole £195 CHEAPER than this bunch off crooks. - And they open all days.
(demonstrating CoronaTestCentre's disingenuity in blaming their Saturday closure on govt).
Drop them - they are ridiculously expensive and likely to drop you into trouble at their convenience. Switch to ExpressTest - 24 hour certificate service for £80.
(If they answer that they have lots of reviews somewhere else, I'll scream. Ofcourse at their ridiculous prices they should hopefully get some right. When conditions are good it's easy: - it's when things get less easy that you see what a company is made of - whether they dump their customers in it or live up to the commitments they make (or not as in their case).
UPDATE 1/2/21: just look any their response below. Complete denial of the fact that they totally dumped all clients' bookings who were travelling on a 72 hours plan on any Tuesday: - so c. 1/7th of their pre-booked clients thrown into the lurch. And also they ignore the point that they COULD NOT POSSIBLY offer reschedule the appointment because by closing on Saturdays they instantly eliminated any possibility of anyone travelling on Tuesday with a 72hrs test. There was no choice except to move the flight - which I did to accommodate the one way choice they left me.
Zero apology from them. Either they don't understand the impact their instant Saturday closure had or it is simply arrogance. Any responsible company would have phased out but kept existing customers' booking. Their website also ought now to clearly say "IF YOU TRAVELLING ON TUESDAY ON 72 HRS, DON'T USE US" - but I doubt it - too customer orientated for them.
But that is the warning to everyone from me - BEWARE - if you are travelling on a Tuesday on a 72hrs test - you cannot use this service. And if they again decide unilaterally 'at a stroke' to eliminate another testing day then you'll have a c. 15% chance of having to change your flight plans because of them.
And remember for the 24 hours certificate test, you'll pay £275 with them instead of £80 with e.g. ExpressTest

The results were very late (9pm instead of 6pm).
the chat helpless as well as their phone line.Both said: 'I am sorry there is nothing we can do for you'. I paid £175 to get results 60 hours after I did the test. So I had to cancel my flight and book a new one. I was just in time for the 72 hours limit to be able to fly.

Took my money, closely upon which it became impossible for me to travel due to new regulations.These regulations were made public within 24 hours of my appointment, which made it impossible for me to move the appointment or cancel it for a refund.
Because the situation was out of my hands, the amount significant and the cost of moving the appointment likely quite low, I'd hoped for some leniency. I asked not for a refund, but a voucher to take a test at a later time.

I'm not a fan of companies making profit out of the corona crisis, however, having investigated most test companies out there and their prices + results turnover + reviews,this one was the only one i found that guaranteed the results within the paid timeframe, so i decided to go for it.
I still think this is ridiculously expensive, but the result was provided within the specified time and the test process was simple and easy.
