Terrible experience. I ordered the LOL surprise box for my daughter and unfortunately it was stolenand I emailed them for a replacement and they gave me a huge run around and I just wanted the box replaced because my daughter was really looking forward to it. They found every way they could to not send me a replacement.

I got scammed as well, no friends box, no updates, no box, no customer service, no phone line,just a ridiculous ridiculous experience. Culturefly is a scam, might look good for Instagram, but this beyond a scam. Apologies for those who read this after they placed their order.

Paid in Feb 2021 for the Spring Friends Box - numerous emails about delays due to "covid" bunch of crap - everyone else on the plant is functioning with covid.Email after email, still no box, still no refund. Can't reach them by phone only email and they never respond

Absolutely do not order from this company! Over two months ago, I ordered the Nick Box. In that time,I got two emails letting me know that they were being delayed due to shipping issues caused by Covid. Crazy how everyone else on the planet seemed to figure it out but I digress. The last email I received told me it was shipping on May 17. On May 19, I reached out asking to be refunded. I was promptly emailed back saying I would have the tracking info no later than 48 hours later. Not to my surprise, I never got the info. I emailed them yesterday (May 22) asking to be fully refunded and that I didn’t want this anymore. I said if I was not contacted about being refunded in 24 hours, I would be contacting my bank to cancel the order and get my money back. I woke up this morning with no response, but instead an email saying my order was shipped. So my question is this...HOW is it a shipping issue causing my order to take over two months if it wasn’t shipped until today!? The issue is THIS COMPANY. I understand things happen, but when you lie to your customers under the assumption that you think they’re just plain dumb...that’s insulting. I’ve already sent another email saying that this is not what I asked for and will still be pursuing action with my bank. Why did I need to threaten that to get what I paid for? Absolutely so disappointed. This company is a scam. I could have gone out and put this box together myself in an hour. Lesson learned. Don’t waste your time or money.

My husband purchased the subscription of the office box. Paid for it at the beginning of March and still has not shipped.It is now the end of May and the next subscription will come out in June. Their excuse was FEDEX is short on drivers but I seem to receive all of my other packages from FEDEX from all over the country in a timely manner. No one to actually speak with and always emails. Really poor customer service and always blame the issue on other places and not themselves. Will never order from them again.

I ordered The Office box subscription in March. They’ve had my money since then, and they keep pushing shipping back.I finally got a shipping notification on the 12th but there has been no movement since and according to FedEx they don’t even physically have the package yet. All emails are copy paste when I’ve emailed them. They blame global shipping delays, but it’s been a year into the pandemic and they should have some of that worked out by now. Glad we will be getting hoodies delivered the end of May ?.
