Buyers beware!

The people at their store were very helpful in person. I returned a helmet (Fresh out of the box,and hours old)and it sat in the store for two weeks! I finally got a replacement (1st one was defective), and received a e gift card for my troubles. Went to use that, no “F’n” good! Been waiting almost a week to hear back from them! Had enough! Been spending my hard earned cash there for many years. I’m done! I’ll spend my money elsewhere. Goodbye cycle punks! Ride on people! Chris, USMC

Great place to get gear

On line or in store have always received great customer service. Ordering on line is nice as they let you do returns and exchanges in store and have never received any pushback.Great product selection and friendly return policy.

This company does not stand by its products

Reviewed on 2020-09-24T20:00:19

This company does not stand by its products. I had my bike serviced by a mechanic who installed a Cycle Gear battery.Less than 3 months later, the battery was dead. Because it was installed by a mechanic, the company won't honor the warranty - despite the fact I have an invoice for the battery. Their rationale is that I need the actual order number to honor the warranty. That is something only the mechanic has and he is no longer operational during Covid. They could have looked in their records but instead chose to punt.

Get with the times.

The people were great tire was a great price but not being able to pay for it over the phone with acredit card I mean how outdated is this company you have to come in there and pay for it in person that's ludicrous especially today's world. Get with the times or get left behind.
