I have received eviction notice due to renovation. Im single parent with 4yr old. I never missed my payments nor have been any trouble. But now they do not care if Im stressed out that I have to be with my child on streets. Im looking for house high and low but DAB is not helping at all

They increase the rent from 6000 to 7400 kr just like this. Also when u move out, I talked with one of guys who`s working there, he said, they are trained to find even mistakes, scrathes that was before to move in the apartment. So, don`t expect to take the deposit back. In the end is 2000 euro, and for what? for livining 1 year, the walls looks perfect and they still want to pain, thieves!!!

They raise for 250kr yearly, yet you won't get any offer, they were too sweet from the beginning told me 3 years u will get something, but now 5 years in a waiting lists still don't get nothing🙄

Worst experience ever. I have never seen such unprofessional and unhelpful company before. They won’t care if you’re sick, pregnant, handicap or anything. They are not humans I believe

My deposit was taken due to unseenable damage which can be seen only under specific angle of light, which is a normal wear due to the dact that i lived there for 2 years, that was the biggest scam i even had, next time try to take money for something more realistic and reasonable
Worst person to talk to
I lived in short tenancy at Lundtofteparken, may be 7months tops. I have given my oral request to leave the house one month before but they have charged me for one extra month to pay the money. A very rude woman named Henning is the worst to give response. The caretakers of the property are more sensitive than some advisers at Frederiksberg, especially on call. This woman has no ethics to speak to customers.

I wish i could have just gave 0 star if it is allowed. There was an apartment that having special rules and I could only be on the waiting list from calling the service center. Regardless they have spelled my name wrong and I called them 2 times just to correct my name, in which they promised to do but eventually did not. I have been asked to pay the membership fee as I should if I need to be on the waiting list of any apartment, that's totally fine and i have been told I will be on the waiting list right after i paid the fee. I have done so, but when I call back, i have been told that the payment will be reaching out to them the next day (well, the next day is also right after i guess?), that is still fine and then i waited to next day, which results into they are not picking up my phone calls anymore. What a brilliant service, you really need to improve your customer service a lot as this is just horrible.
