I had a failed transaction on dash since 25 May 2022 I complained to dash customer support and they said they were working on how to refund back my money But as I am writing right now 2 November my money hasn't not been refunded,188,000 and I've been missing out so many opportunities to make money,because I lack funds,but when l ever I reach out to them,I keep getting cock and bull stories They want to scam me that's why they have refused to release my money Dash app are scammers don't use the 160 days now without my money 6months

Dash is the worst platform I have seen so far. In short they are scammers. I had 76.9k in my account and my account is now reading -76.9k. For more than 2 months I have been complaining and they kept telling me they will look into my issue. After several complaints and emails I sent to them. They didn't reply my mails and the in-app chats as well. Two weeks ago, I was asked to update my app and ever since then I have not been able to login into my dash account. They keep telling me to verify ID and even after that I cannot longer access my account. Dash is a scammer, they have scammed me of 76900 NGN. I want my money back.
The worst experience ever
The worst experience ever, I still have over N9000 on my account and I have been trying to withdraw my money but the old and new app will not allow me, all I get from their customer service is , that they are working on it. They are redefining poor service. Please I want my money. Time is money.
