Bought a pair of adidas hu solar glides on Black Friday for a great deal. Had my size in stock!Waited 5 days to get an email telling me my original order wasn’t processed because the shoe sold out... 5 god dang days. They charged me still, but it went out of stock. Now I have to wait 5 more days before I get my money back, for the shoes I didn’t even get confirmed as “bought” or whatever. It was the worst online shopping experience in my life. Bought the pair of Adidas shoes from the website,two hours after, the price on the website was redused. I sent an email to the customer support to get a price match; 5 days, no answer.
Called the phone number in the website, and was answered by a very rude girl. It felt like she was doing me a favor by talking with me.
All answers that I've got - no price match, no returns the item was on sale etc. The best part was when I asked what if the size won't fit, and you still have the same product in stock? The answer was - it's your responsibility to know your size, not our problem.
I understand that there are some policies and stuff like that, but your main purpose to satisfy a customer and get a profit. How you're going to keep and get new customers if you treat them in this way?!
100% don't reccomend this store. There are a lot of shops in Canada and abroad which work with the customers in the right wayread more
