Deliveroo in business as middle man, which is Deliveroo online system. System is crap and didn't charge my correct account.It is substandard and top of it they have very poor support. Not sure why would we want to use Deliveroo. We can directly order from restaurant or can use plenty of middle man out in there in the market. Support tries to pass it on to us and not willing to fix or sort out anything. Anyone out there DO NOT USE DELIVEROO

Food arrived over 2 hours late, contacted through live chat and the agent was rude and ended the chat without solving the issue.The order was not complete either.
Waiting to see whether I get credit for the missing stuff - judging by their awful customer service probably not.
Avoid if able to and use another delivering company or collect if possible!!!

I wish so much that I could give this rubbish company zero stars... absolutely atrocious service in every respect!Couldn't even call it a service. Food never turned up, driver never contacted us... call them up to explain and all they say is "oh yeah he left it at number 55 instead..." literally appalling.

We ordered via deliveroo from dishoom. One of the dishes did not come and when we called they saidthey would send it separately which we said was ok as we were hungry but they refused to send extra rice to eat with the curry. Could not believe it... rice is pence and it was their fault. It’s a centralised customer service as well so no one really cares. We asked for a refund and after a long wait were told we were just getting credit off our next order, which was a real cheek. After afinal push we got the refund. Real shame as food was great but afterthought would think twice ref ordering again

Ordered a local Thai meal. I turned up to collect on time. They were 20 mins behind.Turns out they had 4 Deliveroo terminals in the restaurant offering meals from four different businesses. There was one chef rushing around. A queue of delivery drivers. Unbelievable. Do Deliveroo actually keep track of who their suppliers are and what they are doing!!!!

Absolutely AWFUL service! I ordered a Wagamama’s. After 1 hr of waiting, despite it being dispatched,I had a call off the driver to say he was outside. When I went outside he was not outside. I was still on the phone to him at the time and advised he was not there. He then asked for the postcode and said he was 2 mins away. After 10 mins of standing by the front door, I called him back and he said again that he’s 2 mins away. Then I tried to call him back twice and both times he cancelled the call. I then contacted him on live chat and it said the chat had ended. Then I got a notification to say the food has been delivered which was not the case!! When I called Deliveroo to complain, I was told that the driver had come to the address and waited 15 mins but I didn’t come out so they wouldn’t be refunding. At this point I lost my temper and told them I’d been stood at the front door the whole time and he and I had been on the phone 3 separate times and he kept telling me he was en route. Deliveroo then said they’d refund me. Well OBVIOUSLY I’m going to be refunded when I’ve waited over an hr for my food, then a further 15 mins at the door on the phone to the driver, then my order never arrived! Why do these companies act like we should be grateful for a refund. That’s the bare minimum we should get!!!

Really rubbish service. It was my first order from Deliveroo. Our order was not delivered or delivered somewhere else,not clear. The driver didn’t call or knock on the door. There is only live chat at Deliveroo. The person at the other end cannot investigate what has happened or see who the driver was. They only see that my “order was delivered”. They offered a refund in 48 hours. That is something I will need to keep an eye out for. If I don’t get the refund there is no one to complain to. Meanwhile, 1.5 hours later we are re-ordering from elsewhere.
