My order was confirmed on May 3, 2021. Now we are on May 26, 2021, and I still didn't receive the package.Also, I paid 8 euro for shipping (which was supposed to be between 3-10 days). Very disappointed about the services.read more

Ordered sunglasses on 5th March as part of the 2 for 1 deal. A couple of weeks later got an email saying 2 pairs were not in stock,so I asked for a refund. They emailed to say the order was cancelled and a refund would be processed within 10 working days on 9th April, this was then chased on the 29th as it wasn't paid. I've still not received a refund and its now the 25th May. In short, don't use this company, they will steal your money.read more

The D. Franklin website shows retours to be easy. Though when you buy something and the quality is really cheap,I want to send the items retour. Well the retour shipping costs are 21,95 EURO because it is to Spain and I live in Amsterdam, while the distribution center shows The Hague in the package... Strange and definitely not worth to buy on their website! Tried to contact their customer service - no responseread more

Ordered sunglasses. They were way too big. Sent them back which is a really complicated process,at my own expense (£7 to ship back to Spain). I’ve heard nothing for 2 months. I won’t get a refund because I’ve lost proof of posting. They state you need this to chase refunds. I’ve wasted £50. DO NOT BUY. Stick to Uk companies instead if in Uk.read more
