Delivered to wrong address!

Sent a very urgent parcel via Express within Germany. DHL delivered it to the wrong address (housenumber 43 instead of 33)! After calling the hotline I was informed 'the regular hotline doesn't deal with Express delivery, you need to call another number. Calling that number it automatically hung up after a second. In the end, went to search for the package on ourselves and found it at the wrong address (a shop that also takes parcels). This is the worst customer experience I've ever seen - especially considering how expensive the service is. Avoid DHL at any cost and save the money.

They never deliver properly. My shipment was already late than stated. The other day I got an email Iam not found at home which was not true. I was watching live tracking and the DHL car was 30 mins away from me. Suddenly the live tracking stopped and I couldn't see where it is and after 1 hour later I got an email that I wasn't at home and my packet handed to a Kiosk. I went Kiosk and asked about my package and the owner said she doesn't have any. Which one is lying?

They will never deliver to your house. I live one floor above the post room. They will find my post and put a letter that collect the package from the given location (30 min away).Just walk one floor up and deliver. ONE FLOOR. The status changes to delivery could not be completed and I have to wait for Monday and go myself. Apparently they do it to everyone. Never ordering again. Even worse is customer service, takes ages if you luckily manage to get through and very unhelpful.

It often takes 7 days within Germany! And then they don't even ring at my dore, but I can 1.5 kilometers,wait in line 1 hr to finally collect my parcel. Or they leave it in front of the door. (Parcels have been stolen twice already in the last year!!)

I just have one question to DHL people: If you never deliver my parcel to my address, why you even need my address???Why don’t you just deliver my parcel to wherever you like??? I will find it anyway, even it could be laid somewhere 20 minutes far away from my address. Oh, sorry, I misunderstand you guys! You take care about your clients‘ health, so you want people to have the chance to walk 20 minutes and take the 5Kg parcel back home. How thoughtful you are!
