I had a great experience as a participant. I really loved the format of the platform. Your moderators and recruiters are highly professional. I felt comfortable speaking my thoughts and opinions with your customer. I hope to do more, in the future, when it is permissible for me to do so. Thank you.

Your turkish partner is a scammer !!! I have participated an survey related to refunding process , I attended a meeting which took almost one hour. At the end of the meeting, the lady that I have talked to said It was really nice to talk with me and thank you for attending vs. There was no problem. After a couple of days when I reached out the person (Didem) which I believe you work with for finding people for attending the surveys from Turkiye. She told me that my interview was not clear and took 5 min long , that is why you do not pay me the full cost and you pay only 300 turkish liras which is only 1/5 of the promised cost. After I told her that I will mail the company about the issue , she told me that she is ready to to cover another 200 turkish liras from her pocket , if I close the case . I requested that 500 but I hope you stop working with her .

If I could give I would give 0 stars for them. They hired me 2 times in first time they took my 50 minutes for 60 min study in 50th minute they kicked me with no explanation and then in the system they marked me as "participiant no show" :D and today they hired me for another study scheduled for 5PM EST. I couldve go home my home arrival was 4.55 instead of showing on time I RESPECTED them and did not take risk I stayed in parking lot to show up on meeting at 4.30 exactly. They made me wait till 5.10 pm and KICKED ME AGAIN WITH NO EXPLANATION. No respect to any of their participiants. If they are acting like this in some part I believe they easilty can act like thart to their clients who brings money to them. BE AWARE THEY USE YOU AND ACT LIKE YOU NEVER EXIST!
