Since the 4th April I've been back and forward to customer services about my Mavic Air 2.Timeline: I sent photos and videos, only to be told that they couldn't tell if the sensor was faulty. I was told it was because of the way I was taking the photos and video. They told me I shouldn't use the 12mp setting, and the video was "too dark" (It was bright daylight, so god knows how it's too dark?!). I went out and got more photos and video, only to be told THAT wasn't right. So I snapped, I said "So what exactly should I do?!" and was informed to take photos of the ground from a height of about 10m using the 48mp setting. I then took more video too. FINALLY they got back to me 11 days later, yes, 11 days after this started and told me they couldn't be sure if there was an issue and to send the drone back! - It was sent back about day 14. - On day 17 (yea it took 5 days for the reply) I was told I couldn't get a refund as I requested it after 15 days, UK law says I have 30, DJI were trying to break the law. When I informed them of this, they then suddenly changed their mind...funny that isn't it! - It was refunded on day 21, and then since then I've been waiting (nearly 2 weeks now) for a discount I was told I'd be getting! - Today they informed me (Bare in mind I've waited nearly 2 weeks just to find out what the discount would be) that I'd be getting a "Courtesy" gesture of 3%. 3 - bloody - percent. The store give you 5% on signing up! They don't care about customers, at all. They just care about profits. 3%! HOW LOW?!

I wouldn't give one star but thats what DJI get on here. I am currently looking in to the amount ofpeople who's products from this company break and where the customer is expected to pay sometimes £100s to fix - no matter their legal consumer rights to repairs or replacements. DON'T PAY TAKE THEM TO COURT. YOU HAVE STATUTORY RIGHTS TO REPLACEMENTS OF FAULTY PRODUCTS I bought a very expensive DJI drone and my experience has been nothing less than a insulting. I bought the product and then paid for the refresh service to cover what appear to be countless experiences from others where there drone either falls out of the sky or what is called a 'flyaway'. The company sold me the wrong refresh service and then expected more money to put it right. I have never experienced anything like this from a company who attract £1000 + for a small piece of plastic. After 3 weeks of emails I have given up and will be sending the product back. And if they don't refund I will take them to court. My product didn't break I simply gave up on the disgusting service that started 2 hours after I bought it. Don't buy from this company. DJI don't reply to this review in your broken English when you couldn't be bothered dealing with my emails.

Couldn't connect remote to aircraft

I bought the Mavic 2 and didn't open it up until 2 months later because we were traveling.I never was able to connect the remote to aircraft. I redownloaded the app 4 times and tried the app on their website with no success. The support people acted like they had no idea that could happen although I have read several reviews with people having the same problem. Not much I can do with it but trash it

DJI AirS2, is a complete disappointment! The video is rubbish. The unit was purchased to gain some ok/decent video.Save your money, and purchase a drone with better features. Worth the extra spend I reckon. Air 2S is a toy. The hype around the Air 2S by DjI is inaccurate. Invest your cash is a better quality drone. Poor effort Dji in over selling the Air 2S Drone. Purchased in April 2021.

Still no response. Another week has gone by with no contact from customer service or anyone else from DJI.Still not offered a replacement for the faulty part. The only response I get is when I post something on Trust Pilot. It’s crazy!

I have ordered a drone for the DJI website. Their courier left the drone on the doorstep when I live on a busy main road with many people walking by.The drone was stolen, not DJI fault. I ordered a second drone, I didn’t want to miss my sons birthday. It took 3 weeks to resolve and some complaints but I am happy to say DJI did the right thing and refunded my money, good company!

Shocking / nonexistent after sales in the UK. Purchased a faulty drone and can't get hold of anyone by chat/email/phone for over 2 days! Updated:further to the below reply,I eventually managed to talk to someone on live chat and they have agreed to sort a replacement drone. I will update this thread.....

Updated (13 May 2021):further to the above and below reply,I eventually managed to talk to someone on live chat and they have agreed to sort a replacement drone. I will update this thread on if DJI actually follow through and how long it takes.....
