We used Agilico to purchase and install a new managed IT and print system. The project was well managed and supported by our main contact Darren. He talked us through the options in clear language without pressing us for tech that was excessive for our needs. He and Jamie were on hand for install day and seamlessly transferred us from our extremely dated system to the new one. Their positivity and willingness to overcome all issues on the day was commendable. All explained to us in terms we could understand. The ongoing support for the minor snagging has been exemplary. I wish all tech support was like this!
