They gave me a domain that I hadn't requested (I requested a domain but After purchasing I saw they purchased some thing else)and despite I specified I don't want it for next year, they charged me for a service which is keeping my info hidden :), for a domain that I'm not the owner anymore!!!
Update: 2022-3-30
After this post, they followed up and returned back the amount to my account.
I changed from 1 star to 3.
Hope this problem be solved and doesn't happen to anyone else.read more
Domain.com is a HORRIBLE company

Domain.com is a HORRIBLE company! They are corrupt and unethical. They have you sign up for website builder when it is free and then you pay domain fees, then they change that without telling you, causing your website to go offline, then the only way to get it back and working is by paying fees that go up constantly. There is no way to know what they will do next and then once you have built your website with them, you can't move it to another company so your options are to start over from the beginnning or to continue to let them extort you! DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!!read more

Considering Domain.com shut our domain down for a month at a loss of revenue on our e-commerce website and damaging our reputation. We could update the account password, security questions, contact information, but Domain.com wouldn't "verify" the domain, and so costumers lost access to our website. Domain.com is the worst registrar I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.read more

Do NOT use this company under any circumstances. They do not give you access to your account, and their password reset link doesn't work. They bill you $45 for a domain, even though they go for $10-$15 elsewhere, because of a fraudulent mandatory "domain protection". Classic shill company that should be shut down.read more

The system is full of backend problems. Every time I tried to add a new offer 365 email account, the licenses of several existing O365 email accounts were literally removed. Call the technical support over 10 times, and they always promised to get this resolved with 24-48 hours, but no response at all. I wouldn't recommend Domain.com to anyone I know.read more

Yet I am getting an email today saying that "your domain related add ons and email services will continue to be charged". There is no way to cancel it except a hotline or live chat which is never answered
