I did not receive my security deposit until now.i left alkhail gate 8th of October 2020.i have givenmore than 100 calls to customer care department and no one helping to get my money back.I had my apartment in alkhail gate for 8 years and I dont have any kind of late payment or bounce cheques through out my whole living.and now they are saying I have a late payment. When I said give me that information so I can get the details from the bank and provide them so I can prove to the fact.but now 3 months and until now no one assisting me.this is the worst place to live.i wish some responsible person will see this.they are stealing from innocence.Karma will come to them one day.i am disappointed and devastated as I have so many problems at this moment.i will say please don't ever trust Dubai properties.dont ever go there.they are the worst people to give proper service.why government cannot check this.how much money they might earn from stealing like this.i am crying through the phone because I become very emotional because they are continuously lying and not helping.worst worst worst worst horrible people and place.

I live in Shorooq, building 39. Dubai Properties has the worst maintenance service ever!DRAINAGE WATER dripping in my kitchen from the apartment above due to water proofing issues as mentioned by maintenance team. They came and supposedly fixed it. I spoke to the call center employee who said it would take few days. It is 5 am, just woke up to the sound of water falling in my kitchen, and DP employee said they cannot do anything about it as at this hour, it would not be convenient to bother the tenant from the other unit. What about me? I am a tenant that just got bothered from that and just lost my sleep as a result. Also, when I asked, well at 8 am the tenant will go to work, when are you planning to access his unit? The employee had no answer except, there is a process. I already have 2 lights that were busted (that I bought for 300 AED) and Shorooq will not accept to reimburse me for those. If the water continues to drip, the other 2 will be busted too. Who will compensate for that? Not to mention all the inconvenience? LOUSY!!!

Me and my family wz the new born kid living anightmare here bec of a neighbour who never cared about us
He and his kid don't stop playing all the night it seems like he is jobless guy and awake all the night, scooter, footbal and even more
Complainted 100 times but who care DP management are not bothered
