Do not ever opt for the Drink Prime water purifier. At the beginning, they inform you that you only need to pay ₹1,500 for the device, and later they add a monthly rental charge of ₹500. This itself feels misleading. If your recharge expires and you do not use the purifier for a few days, once you recharge again, they still deduct charges for those unused days as well, which is completely unfair and unacceptable. There is no proper transparency in their billing or usage policy. Even when the purifier is not used, the charges continue as if it was actively in use. This defeats the whole purpose of a rental-based model and feels like a money trap rather than a service. The customer service experience is extremely poor. The chat support is ridiculous — they do not understand the actual issue, give generic replies, and fail to provide clear explanations or solutions. It feels like they are trained to avoid responsibility rather than help customers. Overall, this service is highly disappointing and not trustworthy. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Drink Prime and never choose such rental-based purifier services. There are far better and more transparent options available in the market.”
Worst Lady from customer service
I thought of taking RO on rent. My colleague suggested DPrime. I booked over phone and my wife told that to buy new instead of renting. So I called and cancelled. A lady named "Aishwarya B" called and talking ill , cursing me and blackmailing saying that she will raise a police complaint for this if I didn't take RO on rent, which is very worst from the company. Please don't go with this.

IVery Disappointing Experience with Drink Prime Rental Service "I had a very frustrating experience with Drink Prime’s water purifier rental service, and I want to share my journey so others are aware. Onboarding: When I first took the subscription, the sales team never clearly explained the terms and conditions. Everything sounded simple and easy at the time of installation, and no mention was made of hidden charges or deductions. During Usage: The purifier worked fine, but I always felt their customer service was slow and not very responsive whenever I had queries. Cancellation: When I decided to end the service, I expected to get back my security deposit. Instead, they deducted a significant amount from it without properly explaining the reasons. When I asked for clarification, they simply pointed to terms and conditions that were never explained to me at the start. Overall: This feels misleading and unfair. A company providing an essential service like drinking water should be transparent with customers. Unfortunately, my experience with Drink Prime has been the opposite. If you are considering their rental service, please be cautious and get everything in writing before signing up."

This is regarding the bad customer service experience I had. ID - D45E3***DF. I have constant complaints happening with my purifier, since 2 weeks, for which filter where never changed, whenever i asked i would get an app as automatically app notifies, didn't happen once since i started using drinkprime. I have been a loyal customer for 3 years and when I got a series of complaints about water purifiers and requests for replacement models, I had 2 technician visits both saying they have raised requests for device replacement since the device is in bad shape. Today I talked to customer care and got a suggestion for another technician visit. When asked why you need a 3rd technician visit, I got a standard asked team and another technician visit is needed. I requested cancellation, which is a 24 hours wait and I need another visit. customer care was eager to raise a request to uninstall, then give a replacement for faulty purifier. After 20 mins of requesting i got an email is the only option to escalate history --------------------- water leakage and purifier stopping before refilling the tank complaint, after multiple tickets were created in 3 days, A technician is assigned, who checks the purifier and says that leakage is normal, can't be fixed. When asked why it started to leak, he had no answer. On tank not refilling, he replaced RO filter and it shouldn't stop anymore left taking happyCode, after few mins of him leaving motor stopped again, i called him and he asked me to troubleshoot how long the motor is stopping (because he is too busy to wait 5 mins if what he did has worked!), i waited on the purified for 4 mins after reconnecting power supply, motor is stopping, called him to give the update, he said he would come for checking again and i called him daily 2 times to get it resolved, and he would coming today or coming in 2 hours, never happened After 5 days of chasing the technician raised a request, again no response. I have recharged for another 3 months hoping that this was one thing and the past 3years with the purifier had almost no hiccups. The water taste has changed after 2 days, so I purchased a TDS machine and noticed it was 120+ . I raised a taste issue request, the same technician called and said the TDS is less than 150, but you shouldn't raise the request. I said I am not comfortable drinking the water or giving the water to my kids, as it had bad after taste, he visited, said reduced TDS to the lowest setting possible and didn't do anything about not refilling the issue. An hour after technician left, a water puddle at the purifier and technician is rejecting calls. called customer care and said water was leaking and asked for a replacement device. Said will assign a technician, so another tehnician visits the same day, finds there is a hole in one of the pvc pipes and replaces that and says, filters are damaged, can't do anything, and says possible reason for refilling stopping. At this time I was fedup, since 3 visits happened and every time i get an excuse then a solution. I have called customer care again for help and they say another technician visit is needed.. When i forgot to recharge at the end of recharge, I got 2 reminder calls in 1 hour, when i am struggling with an aged/defective filter, drink prime sends a 3rd technician to verify replacement device, when two have already visited. Why? Customer care says technician confirmation is needed, and both technicians who visited said they raised a request for replacement, so will you keep sending technicians until I give up? When asked customer care, why are earlier technician approvals not enough. I got an answer as no technician raised a request. This is getting prepostoros, I have technicians who are saying they are requesting for replacement and customer care saying they never got the request. One of them is not telling the truth. I called and waited for 10 min to get in touch with customer care, I was told it escalated and would get a response in 2 hours. its been 2 hours, no call no courtesy update. When I reached customer care, I got an answer as the team will get back to me in 24 hours, what about my escalation? No escalation was done. Okay, I need a way to contact the escalation manager/regional manager. Any person who would give a straight answer? no contacts provided saying no such system exists
