I have used Droners.io for the past few…

I have used Droners.io for the past few years for my land investing business. They always provide great drone photos and video for my listings and their support staff is professional and responds very quickly. Highly recommend!

GenXDrones.LLC Likes DronersIO

Great platform, I have been working with DronerIO for over 3 year now, just remember that one job 10 min away for $125 for 25 raw pics of a over priced house, or a Dollar General could turn in to a bigger client. or weekly photogrammetry, or job site progress. its not all-ways biscuits & gravy. Happy Flying

Droners.io is cheap

Have been doing drone shoots with Droners.io for over a year and find that the people that post jobs are on the cheap side. They expect a lot of drone work and shots but aren't willing to pay the pilot a decent wage for doing so. On average a pilot will only make $100 a shoot and then droiners robs the pilot of another 10% leaving the pilot with only $90. In that pay of $90 that is your drive time to and from and shoot time. I feel that the posters are cheap and that droiners should charge the poster not the pilot. It sucks trying to work for next to nothing.

This lazy, inept company is asking for a disaster

There are several major, critical issues you should be aware of, when considering doing business with Dronersio—either as a client/customer or drone pilot. It’s a highly unethical and inept company that engages in legally questionable practices, so choosing to be associated with them is not recommended. FIRST, they have instituted a “race to the bottom,” low-bid, low-quality, low-pay system, which rewards the most inexperienced drone pilots in the profession. Because the lowest bid wins, clients are opening themselves up to sloppy, rushed work—at best—and inevitable liability and lawsuits from drone accidents—at worst. SECOND, they have ZERO vetting in place for clients; in other words, no verifiable form of payment or identity is required. As other reviews have pointed out, clients are allowed to simply NOT PAY for deliverables without any repercussions whatsoever. Dronersio does nothing to intervene and is too lazy, inept or greedy to suspend delinquent accounts. Clients COULD set up accounts under false identities and continue to defraud drone pilots. But there’s no need for any of that, since Dronersio allows non-paying customers to continue posting jobs and pocketing the fees. LASTLY, due to their ineptitude and complete lack of oversight, clients can also post jobs that appear unethical or illegal—placing drone pilots in great potential harm. I have seen jobs that call for night-time surveillance of trailer parks without the property owner’s knowledge or filming right in the middle of a highly controlled airspace, where it’s a Federal crime to fly. Dronersio is NOT a business you want to be associated with, because it’s just a matter of time before their lazy, unethical practices result in negative headlines and disaster. This is clearly one of those “set it and forget it” kinds of companies that just runs on autopilot. No newsletters, communications, site updates or improvements, or engagement with clients or pilots. And a drone business is not the type of company that should be running on autopilot.

Not worth the time

Most of the posts are low-balled. When pilots bid what the cost really are you are reviewed for abuse. Don't use them to find worthwhile drone jobs. The recommended bids for most jobs are around $100 which barely covers gas let alone time prepping and flying jobs.

DRONERS.IO is not pro pilot they are pro scam

This company not only allows clients advertising for pilots to use those pilots and not pay them for their work, but also lets them continue posting jobs even when they know the clients are not paying. They allow clients who knowingly break the rules to remain clients and fault the pilots for the clients' wrongdoing. STAY AWAY FROM DRONERS.IO
