Very happy with my experience with Rakuten

I made a purchase in a store and when I got home I discovered that the store was on the Rakuten website.I emailed their customer service, and they responded within 48 hrs. A lady responds and said they would credit me the amount as a one-time courtesy and then explained in detail how to go about registering my credit card on their website to facilitate the process. The email was very informative and had direct links to finish my registration. I would recommend to my friends and family to sign up with Rakuten, it's so easy to use. It's as if you are getting paid to shop for items you would normally buy anyway.

For some reason the referral and sign-up bonuses didn't show up for any of us.Diane, a member service rep, provided outstanding assistance in resolving the issues, showing ultimate professionalism and kindness. We (myself and my husband) have purchased retail items online through Rakuten for more than five years,and the Rakuten rebates have been regularly paid on schedule consistently. Occasionally, a rebate would present a problem when the Rakuten retail partner failed to properly update the information on the final completed purchase. Rakuten Support always quickly solved the issue and credited the rebate to us. We are very pleased with Rakuten's service, and will continue to participate in their program. Jon & Rose

Last year I participated in a rakuten cashback program for referral and after a while all the cashback I received for referral and for the disney + subscription were disappearing from my account.I contacted them several times and they informed me that the rules were not valid outside the USA. Today, however, some of my friends are getting cashback and I am not, even people I INDICATED. I DID NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING! THIS IS TOTALLY UNFAIR! I hope you will review it if I am not going to file a lawsuit against the company.
