Great customer service

I have been with EDF for years now and one of the reasons I stay with them is the customer service that i have received over the years,which I am very happy with. My last few tarrifs have been online, so I can only speak via the chat service, which I find great. I get to speak to someone very quickly without having to wait on the phone and wait to be transferred to the right department. The customer service rep always understands my questions and deals with them professionaly and quickly. I always come off the chat a happy customer. If you are looking for great customer service EDFcan definitley give you that.

I am very disappointed with EDF as they connected our power supply to that of the street lights & yesterday our electrics have gone off & so did the street lights,we were told that we had to wait until midnight to have it back on apparently it was off last night as well & only came on in the morning very upsetting as this was not brought to our knowledge, also most of our neighbours had their electrics on as they were hooked on to some other connections & were not effected like us, our internet crashed due to this have to get an agent to fix it, also all my apps banking, business etc. are not accessible,using my data at the mo to get by ??????
