Worst service. Augusta store claimed they made delivery and I wasn’t home.
I was home,no attempted delivery notice left. The store continued to insist they attempted delivery and would not be delivering again. I needed to come to the store and pick it up. Told them I would have my family cancel the order.
When attempting to cancel they stated they would redeliver and scheduled another day for delivery. At 10:30 am, called the store to get a delivery time frame, they stated my order was on their delivery truck. Called them at 5:55 pm to inquire about the status of my order and delivery. Apparently, “There was a mix up in my order.” They would attempt delivery again on another day. I opted to not sit home for another full day on the premise of a delivery. My family canceled the order the next day, it would take 3 days for refund. A couple hours later, I received a phone call from Edible arrangements store, stating no refund, I would have to reschedule delivery. I explained that is not what they told my family when they canceled the order. She insisted they attempted delivery and it was not their policy to redeliver. No refund. I again explained, there is no proof of delivery.
I was not willing to wait at home for another questionable delivery. Thankfully these charges can be disputed through the credit card company.read more

I received very poor quality Berry Sweet Mother's Day bouquet. You can see for yourself.The supervisor at the Louisville location told me they would not be refund me if my only complaint was about the amount of chocolate dip (it was also a day late, but I forgot about this part when I spoke to her). She had a very defensive attitude (I was not rude or disrespectful until I hung up on her. I asked to speak to her supervisor, she told me she was a supervisor, and that her supervisor would tell me the same. She repeated it when I asked to talk to her supervisor again. I know companies are trying to do their best during covid, but poor quality and poor customer service? I'll never order from edible arrangements again.I posted picture on Yelp, I don’t have that option here.read more

I ordered chocolate covered strawberries as a part of my bridesmaid proposals. But they were arranged as flowers...i think it was called bundle of berries.SO pretty and adorable! They loved it.
-Shipping was on time
-Customer service was great
Overall very satisfied. I just wish it was availble in more towns but seems i can only order for friends and family in select postal codes.

DO NOT waste your time ordering from this place especially around holidays (Mother's Day etc).Order was placed in plenty of time to be delivered on Mother's Day. Edible Arrangements advertises that delivery will be shipped on Mother's Day and they failed to do so. It is now 4 days past delivery date, still no delivery, and now I'm trying to cancel the order. The company says to contact the local store to cancel. When you call, no one answers and it is routed back to automated customer service line which gets you nowhere. This is not the way to retain business; if you cannot deliver your product when you say you can, just be honest and let the customer know. They had no problem immediately taking my money and now are making it difficult to provide a refund. This is the last time I'll do business with Edible Arrangements. Take care.read more

I received two edible arrangements for Mother's Day one was chocolate covered strawberries.The chocolate was so gritty that it made the strawberries taste sour and very very gritty. And then received an edible arrangement with cantaloupe honeydew and strawberries the cantaloupe and the honeydew were so dry then I couldn't eat them and I ended up throwing most of the edible arrangement away.read more

This is the last time that I spend my hard-earned money on Edible Arrangements. I placed an order for pick up at 11:30am so I can pick it up on my way to work,the sign said they were open but the door was locked and no one answered the door or the phone. After 20 minutes, I Ieft.
While at work I called at 1pm, 3pm and again at 4:15 so I could stop in on the way home. Still no answer. I said what the hell, let me drive by there again and see if the door is open. I got there, they were open and my order was "ready" but had the wrong additions included. Once the order was really ready I went home. When I got home I noticed the work was sloppy, the chocolate was just thrown on the fruit, it looked like whipped cream or frosting of some sort was on it and should not have been. There was different colored chocolate flakes (pink) on the chocolate as if they were doing a bunch of different projects at once and mine was caught up in the mix and they just said oh well and threw mine in the box as is. I wind up throwing it away because I was not convinced it was safely prepared in a clean environment. A waste of money.
I do not even want the free chocolate-covered strawberries promised for my birthday month. Not even worth the stress. I will just make them myself!read more

I’m sorry but this establishment/business if you even want to call it that has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.I’ll bullet point it:
1. Placed an order for Mother’s Day on 05/2. I Paid the extra $10 bucks to get it delivered on Mother’s Day which was a week away.
2. Never receive the order that was suppose to arrive on Sunday. Called multiple times to the store finally got an answer…Oh wait let’s put me on hold for 15 minutes just to tell me “its still on the way. During this busy time our drivers are out till 9pm.”
Ok. Never arrived.
3. Called the next day, again multiple times this time to HQ and still had a difficult time reaching an agent. Finally got a hold of an customer service representative. Told her the situation, by this time i wanted a refund or at least a discount for the inconvenience. She told me her manager wasn’t in that he would call me later today to fix the issue. I called around 11am. Waited till about 5pm to call back to see what was going on. Again long ass time to get a hold of a representative. Finally same girl answers and tells me “oh sorry he didn’t come
In he will be in tomorrow now” WTH!? Really? I was So mad.
4. Next day again waited for a call, didn’t get one. Called the store no one answered called like 4 or 5 times nothing. Called HQ again took me 30
Min to speak to an actual person. Finally this girl named Jocelyn gave me the refund right away. no “no let me ask my manager or nothing.” SMH such a mess….f****** tire fire of a business!
In hindsight: I get it it’s busy it’s Mother’s Day weekend… so if your short staffed and you know you can’t follow the promise to deliver on the actual day just put that your closed on that day. I know im not the only one that got screwed over. Seriously edible arrangements get your s*** together. You lost a customer today.
