Previously with Plusnet for 3 years support could not give me the amount of data I needed.
So doingsome research I contacted EE because at the time they were offering some good deals but I had missed the boat.
After a phone call I was offered a very favorable sim only 2 year contract.
The number transfer was faultless and so far I am very satisfied with the communications, the service, and any help I have needed.

Avoid! Hidden charges and double tariff payments if you upgrade which cost you nearly triple!Awful company and customer service when you phone to query your bill! Sort it out EE!

Disgusted with this network supplier. My wife has a credit balance of over £47 on her PAYG phone.As we couldn't get onto the network at home we phond them and were told that there was a problem with the local mast and that they were trying to get access to it from the Farmer. 3 weeks on and still no coverage. Now on holiday still with the large balance she tried to use som on mobile data, only to be told she had to buy some 'mobile data' SERIOUSLY?
Terrible service provider, will have to find one that better than terrible.

What a fantastic store in Broadway Bradford,Amber the young lady who served me should nah must besingled out at the next team for a well done and a round of applause,I was let down by vodaphone next door who didn’t want to be bothered (I’ve done there review) I had half the wait and they said they didn’t have the phone but I was given advise to a alternative and told the appoA72 was just as good 10 min done cant wait to charge it and give it a whirl well done EE

Had been a customer for over 20 years (when they were Orange). Gone with renewing contracts each time,which were ok with prices if you called up and haggled over the phone.
This time however they first sold me a Huawei phone which was utterly useless as nothing would install - in fairness they refunded this without question. Unfortunately when I then tried to renew with a different phone they seem genuinely disinterested in keeping my custom with nothing to offer for an established customer by offering a high price and once again tried selling me the Huawei...
A shame as I'd been a contended customer.
