Have been with ekomi for many years but wanted to try a different provider as was not happy with theirsolution to new GDPR so gave them notice that I wanted to stop using their service in May but have still been invoiced for all of May (fair enough) but then charged again for June, then charged for July and now just been invoiced for all of August! I have not used then since April!
Turns out the contract automatically renews for 12 months after the initial 12 period has completed so if you don't give notice 1 month before end of any 12 month period then you are tied in for another 12 months.read more

Used them for a year. Terrible service. High turnover. Difficult to get anyone to even respond much less assist in any sort of conflict resolution which is part of the service they supposedly offer.What is potentially worse than the service is the contract they lock you into. They try to keep your from leaving when you cancel by sending you an email that tells you to prepare for lower sales volume as they are going to delete all the reviews you have gathered. When you leave all the feedback you gathered is their property and they harass you about removing any of it from any of your pages or they will sue you. Cold German company without a soul. You can do better and if you do decide to go with them, rewrite the contract to your comfort level before signing with them.read more

They do not add any real value to social media management or reputation /brand awareness. They contacted me via Linkedin and were basically a huge waste of time.
I posted pictures of the conversation with the sales guy publicly on Facebook, just to show how really terrible his approach is. (It's in German, sorry.) He basically just kept sending off templates without reading what I wrote. AWFUL SALES, POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
Basically, they include lies in their contact templates. It's really disgusting. Typical Goldman-Sachs-influenced company.read more
