Like so many other reviews here, I want to express my utter disgust at how El Corte Inglés handles their online sales.I bought a bed that cost almost 800 Euros, but there were pieces missing when they delivered it, so they couldn't assemble it. They promised to come back as soon as possible to finish the job, but we waited more than a month and no one ever showed up. Tired of waiting we asked for a refund, but again, it took more than a month of calling them every day to complain until they showed up. To top it all off, they refunded only 75% of the money, so I guess I'll have to spend another month yelling at them on the phone every day for them to refund the money they charged me.

No product nor refund

Bought a product online and it was charged for shipping. On the day that the product was supposed to be delivered I get a message saying that the address was incorrect,which does not make sense because I've had things delivered at the same address I provided. Tried to contacted the logistics company and was told to contact El Corte Ingles. I did contacted El corte Ingles to change my address. They told me that the address was updated. A week later I had no updates of my order whatsoever, therefore I emailed them again saying that I wanted a refund and they could keep the product. Long story short, it has been over 2 weeks and I have not received a refund nor the product.

They don't stop making mistakes in their web prices and then they just cancel your order after having taken your money.I would not recommend buying in that site online, not sure in local store since I have not been there for a long time. But if you don't want any problem don't buy online.

They illegaly keep your money

Against the law they deny to cancel your orders if you buy online. I realised an error in my online order and asked to cancel it from minute one.A month later and after two forms covered, 5 emails and having to create a profile in their website I didnt get more than excuses and the first part of my order was sent without my consent. Only after asking mediation from another company I was able to be heard and cancel the second part of the order. Don buy anything online because they will tru to steal your money. I would give 0 stars.

Illegally keep your money

I would give zero stars if that was an option. Multiple items were damaged in my order when I received them,contacted them that evening with pictures of the damage. Almost four months later and I still haven’t received a refund, I’ve asked for my complaint to be escalated on multiple occasions just to be fobbed off again and again. This company has no clue what customer service is. Why bother offering international orders when they clearly are totally unequipped to deal with them. DO NOT EXPECT TO RECEIVE A REFUND FOR DAMAGED GOODS - they essentially keep your money illegally.

I am giving the company one star because I cannot give it no stars. I purchased baby furniture on 6 March 2021.Delivery was 29 March and 7 April. Nothing fit together. All items are unusable as is. Dresser had wrong brackets and was missing the support piece - which they insist they delivered. Mattress was wrong size for crib. They refuse to fix or replace the items within the 15 day window I am allowed to return. I have spent hours trying to work with them. I did find a customer rep who speaks English but his ability to help is limited. I will NEVER purchase another item from them. These items were expensive and I thought I was purchasing them from a quality company. I am so sorry I did not read the reviews first.

Terrible service. ???When you need to ask:they pretend to be busy or they say "it's not their department".And when you spend bunches of time to find what you needed they surround you to get you in the cashier. Recently they haven't even offered their help. We were with the baby and what they could do only to ask : -ayuda? -si And she ran away without any ayuda. I needed to carry all my stuff alone. ❗The problem is that they think their job is only to take your credit card❗ Thanx to this 'service' we bought in IKEA the cupboard cheaper n higher quality then in el corte. There we didn't get any service because the sellers run away if you don't buy. But they have to understand before to buy customers ask. One more problem :they don't speak English. Well, they think they are bilingual but they know only 'hello n good bye'. And when you speak Spanish with them and they see you are a foreigner they are frozen, they don't want to listen to you and understand Now all things we buy in other malls and stores until it will be fixed (we hope it ll happen 1 day) and sellers will make their job properly. And if smth is broken u r f*cked up because you ll have to fight with el corte for months to forse them to fix it by guarantee, insurance.. So pre- and post-sales service is 0
