Tried to get a hold of customer service…

Tried to get a hold of customer service for a lost screw. I actually bought a screw kit but none of the sizes fit (beware)if you need replacement. It was just out of the blue that a screw was missing or backed out of the glasses. These are a good $200 pair of sunglasses and I own a few Electric sunglasses and use them for fishing. Regardless, after several messages and being told it would take at least 7 days to get back to me. My original message 08/29/20 they responded 09/01/20 and i've sent a follow up email and still, no response and its 09/17/20. 2-Star for lack of customer service otherwise i like there sunglasses but not at this costs, durability and customer service.

is my 3rd pair of electric; what to say: are lightweight, nice lenses and durable.One time happened that the film cover if a lens started to come out but they got life-time warranty so they replaced the sunglasses with a new pair. Cons? a bit overpriced, but good quality overall.

4 weeks use, no more googles. Hi Sorry I can max give you 3 stars for your reply 8 month late. I do not have my Electric googles anymore,after 4 weeks of use the orange sun protection was washed off, and the googles for no use anymore.
