The worst insurance experience I've ever had
Being insured through my company, I have to deal with them, and it is quite an adventure. You can't do anything other than submit claims and get your card through their website/app. Even then, there is no way to follow your claims; they just send you emails. Whenever you have a problem, you need to book a call with an assistant at least 4 days in advance. When you finally get to the call, they can't actually do anything and just tell you to email their services. Emails take 3 weeks to be answered, only to finally tell you that you're missing a specific paper. Once you send it, they take another 3 weeks to respond. It’s shameful in 2025 to provide this kind of "artisanal" service

Months of waiting and now not responding
I had to cancel my campsite as our car broke down and we missed Le Shuttle. The car was not repairable so we had no way to travel to France. We had cancellation insurance with this company. They have not paid out despite me providing ample evidence of our situation. They kept asking for more and more irrelevant evidence. Now that I have sent it, they are not responding to me. I am owed almost £500 for a holiday my family was unable to go on for legitimate reasons!
