Support assisted with restoring a VPS that had gone offline due to high server load and memory exhaustion. Hector C was responsive during the live chat, rebooted the server promptly, and helped confirm that services were back online. We also discussed outbound email sending issues from WordPress, including SMTP configuration and limitations, which helped clarify the next steps for resolving form and email delivery reliability.
