Expend is very user friendly. I love the fact that I am able to easily catalogue my receipts and,allocate the expenses without any spreadsheets!
The automated VAT calculation is an added bonus. The app is visually intuitive and clear. Great for someone like me who is not really a numbers person, as the app helps me track and stay on top of expenses for the first time ever!
In my previous roles I used to fall behind categorising and logging expenses due to the arduous process of manually updated huge excel spreadsheets with scores of codes and sub codes! Expend is such a breath of fresh air compared to these outdated methods.read more

Expend is super easy to use and instant! Handy to be able to keep checking back what you need to upload and checking recent uploads process.Only problem is they disappear when work changed quarters so I had no access to previous documents.read more

It's just SO EASY. Whether it's paying for things online, paying in person (contactless, in the Covid-19 era),uploading receipts, filling in the details for our finance officer. I've never before used such a quick and easy system and feel a bit wistful for the hours I;ve previously spent filling in spreadsheets and photocopying or scanning receipts.read more

After some initial teething problems which were down to my understanding of how the card works,the account has run exceptionally well and has provided a real solution to the restrictions faced by a parish council in making online purchases.
