The great spare parts hunt
After spending a couple of weeks scouring the internet for some spare parts for an older window I finally relented and contacted their customer service dept. A couple of days and a couple of email exchanges later their customer service team located the necessary parts and packed them all in an online shopping cart to order. FANTASTIC SERVICE !! I purchased 5 Fakro windows over 15 years ago and they have been amazing and reliable. When ORIGINALLY installing my fitter cracked a small clip which eventually failed (after 15 years). Abigail gave me time and attention helping to identify the part and raised an order for me even though it is only a small low value item. I would definitely recommend over other roof window companies. Thank you Fakro and also a big appreciation to Abigail.
