Extremely bad service and delayed…

Extremely bad service and delayed delivery ALWAYS. literally have 2 packages from the same area but different couriers and both booked on the same day an hour apart yet The Courier Guys package is on track at its destinations whereas my package with fastway is being delayed due to warehouse issues.. Also the driver left my package behind on a day it was marked for delivery so if I hadn't phoned in just before days in to see what happened to my package, I'd never have gotten it the same day-this is after having to arrange for the package to be dropped of with a relative that stays not far from their DC and if this person wasn't able to get it, I'd have received it DAYS later.. This is unacceptable as you pay for the Package to be delivered within a certain time frame and it never. Which ever companies use fastway couriers for their packages should stop as their going to lose customers.. I doubt I'll buy from BuildVolume warehouse again due to the fact they primarily use Fastway for couriers and this is the 2nd time and again I can tell you it's going to be an issue with this order.

I have been waiting for a delivery now …

I have been waiting for a delivery now for almost a week. Firstly is they couldn't get hold of me. But my husband was at home.The next day may package was on there truck or delivery van the whole day. No attempt to say why they couldn't deliver. The package taken back to South bay 2. The Thursday the same thing whole day on a track,again no attempt to contact me or anything. Back to south bay 2 my package went.Then it was the weekend and public holiday .Then the Tuesday on there van again for the whole dayto say they can't make out the address but why couldn't the call me.To wait like an idiot the whole day for a package that ddnt come . I really dnt understand if they couldn't make out the address to call and confirm. Then you have to pay there prices for delivery and this is the service you get. I would have like to upload the screenshot of there tracker system just bad. Try phoning you get put on with a robot or no one answers. Clearly they dnt respect there business that's why they dnt respect our packages

most pathetic service ever waited 4…

most pathetic service ever waited 4 days for a parcel that already reached it destination . you guys play too much games when it comes to your work and hope you dont deliver any of my future parcels highly unacceptable

Service

Service The worst service lately. The delays is hectic, and then the excuses for the delays even worse. No communication as if they do not want to release the parcel. You must phone in to query your parcel and then they tell you, they were waiting for a copy of your ID, but there were no communication to you about an ID beforehand...this behaviour is unheard of , especially with the popi act in place. And I must add, the parcel consist of small items. Now, if you do not phone in, what do they actually do with your parcel/s?

Poor service

Poor service. No help or answer on the provided contact numbers. No information when your parcel will be delivered. Late deliveries, far past expected / given delivery dates.

This is a horrible courier company

This is a horrible courier company, the worst ive ever experienced You can never get hold of them I ordered a parcel and it said it was going to be delivered on a monday , then they said they couldnt find my address so they send it back to the depot ,i eventually got hold of the courier guy and then he said he was in town but left the parcel in PE. This os unexpected I would never ever recommend this couroer company Completely useless!!!!

Last experience I thot it was a mistake nd I have it a second chance! Ride stuff, slow nd unprofessional courier I have ever came across

First time o thot it was a hiccup, nd I gave them a second chance. All I can say is that I regret it with all that I have,il never even on my desperate days ever use ths company. Rude stuff members, unprofessional, very slow and always damaging goods. Yoh ths is a horrible experience, more like a nightmare, all they care about is making money. But it’s fine your days r numbered 🤞🏽

There is no option for the service…

There is no option for the service Fastway provides which is zero. Absolutely useless. When you complain they get upset. No customer service what so ever
