We've been looking at changing processors for a while. The fees from our other processor seemed way out of line.It seems like it always got put off. I found Fattmerchant and they made the change over very smooth.

I would give a zero if I could. Customer Service is terrible. You can’t get anyone live.They say someone will get back to you but rarely do or if they do they dont help to resolve the issue. I have been waiting 5 months for a resolution to a problem and the keep telling me the issue has been resolved. IT HAS NOT! I will be looking for a new provider.read more

Fattmerchant's pricing model drew me in. And as a result of the pricing model, as well as how much easier it is to process payments,we offer payment by credit card much more broadly than we did before. The crazy thing is, we soon doubled the amount of credit card payments we were processing, but the fees we paid were still less than before. I'm not the type of person who recommends things to other people, but I actively recommend Fattmerchant to people I know.read more
