The worse customer service you will ever receive. They don't care about their customers.Still waiting for an item i brought in November 2020 and April 2021, incredible. Now they say UPS they delivered it but no signature and left at a cvs access point. Basically lost my money because is past 60 days to contact my bank. The staff over the phone basically tell you that you just been scammed legally and nothing i can do. Worse customer service 100%

Absolutely appalling customer service. Having decided to purchase myself a matching bag,key holder and wallet (also belt) after a truly terrible 3 years - as a 'pick me up' - I eventually received the items after a considerable shipping delay. I had tried to contact SF to enquire as to whether the parcel was missing but got no response either to online contact or emails direct to customer services. The parcel eventually arrived and immediately on opening the bag - the first of the packages that I opened - I noticed that the gold clasp had a 'nick' out of it and was damaged. It is a very small nick, granted, but I have been provided with a damaged item. Interestingly (and oddly) the identical albeit smaller clasps on the less valuable items - key holder and wallet - were both protected with plastic protective tape and cardboard under each to protect the leather from the clasp. It was very disappointing, given the price of the bag and the luxury nature of the item. I immediately perused the return information which suggested I had 14 days from the date of my order to return items for a refund. This was problematic for three reasons. Firstly, the bag had taken almost two weeks to arrive and so it gave me very little time to return it. Secondly, the return form makes it clear that (whilst you can return by reason of the item being 'defective' you can only return for a refund if the item is in 'perfect condition' (!) and thirdly, were I to return the bag (purchased in the sale) only to discover that, by the time I got my money back (which I am advised can take up to 30 days) the bag was out of stock or no longer on sale then I would be left with three other matching items that I did not have a use for. They were intended to be part of a set. Eventually I gave up on email and calling and I tweeted by instant messenger. I then tweeted openly. Absolutely no reply. Aghast and not knowing what to do I decided I had no choice but to call Italy (I am in the UK). I was on hold for over an hour and a half before I gave up. No answer. I emailed again. And again. And again. And I tweeted and messaged via the website, all without response. A few days later I decided to call again and was answered almost right away by a helpful lady who explained that the day I was calling was a bank holiday! It would have been really helpful, then, for that to be clear on the phone line so I had no wasted my time - and money - on hold to an international number. I was asked to send photos - which I did and which the lady with whom I was speaking said she had received whilst we were on the phone. She agreed to liaise with head office to ask if - in the circumstances and given that it seemed silly to return all four items only to repurchase them later, hopefully receiving a different bag - they could issue a replacement bag. She said she would get back to me. I waited ten days before trying again, and emailing as I had no response. I was then contacted out of the blue in relation to one of my much earlier emails and had to explain the matter was already being dealt with! I telephoned again only to be told the same, that replacements/exchanges were not granted and there was nothing that could be done. I went through the entire process all over again, having been told that they never received my photographs. That is untrue because the first lady I spoke to said she received them while we were speaking. I eventually spoke with a manager who said she would liaise with head office and revert. The same process I had been assured would take place two to three weeks ago. She said she doubted they would agree to replace the bag although she understood it would mean I either returned everything or was left with three items that did not have a matching bag if it went 'off-sale' or sold out. She said they were likely to repair it instead. Why would I have a bag that is effectively second hand having been sent to me improperly protected and damaged, and then going through who knows how many hands for a repair! I did not pay for a repaired or second hand bag. Today they have reverted to say that - as expected - I will be offered no leeway, in spite of their provision to me of a defective bag. Worse, the email says that I should return it and they will deduct any shipping charge! I am utterly disgusted and outraged at the 'service' I have received. Any joy I was hoping to garner from buying myself a lovely gift as a 'pick me up' after a truly horrendous time in my life has been completely ruined. So I can choose. I either keep everything and feel no joy in receiving the bag or I weather the fortune I have spent in international calls, whatever shipping charges SF see fit to deduct. Neither is a great outcome. I am truly appalled and will be writing to the CEO. It is a disgusting and completely unacceptable way to treat people.

I ordered a belt 8/21. It has been two weeks and it hasn’t shipped yet. This is ridiculous.I called and they said the product is being relocated to their warehouse from a different location.

Absolutely terrible experience!! I ordered a Belt from the Ferragamo official site on 12/6.my order was processed and said estimated arrival was 12/10-12/20. (no problem) around comes 12/12 and no update on my order so I call the customer line just to check in and make sure everything is still fine. I was told that my order should be shipped on 12/13 or at the latest 12/16 and I would get a tracking number at that point. (still no problem) around comes 12/16 and I call in the morning and was told that my package has been ready since Friday 12/13 but is just waiting to get scanned for shipping and it should happen this day or the next (12/17). I called once more in the afternoon and was told it will go through tomorrow. so this morning (12/17) I get an email saying my order was canceled! I call my bank first to make sure they didn't deny a payment for any reason and they say no there was never an attempted charge. So I call the customer service again looking for answers and was told "we are out of stock in that item"".... SERIOUSLY!? so heres the problems with that. 1.) I shouldn't have been able to order an out of stock item. 2.) Why in gods name did it take 11 DAYS to tell me this!? 3.) why was I told by 2 different reps that the package was ready and just needed to be scanned for shipping? 4.) even if i wanted to get another belt or different item I now don't have time for it to arrive before Christmas! This was absolutely terrible business done by what is supposed to be a reputable company! I will give the customer service rep I dealt with this morning the credit he deserves for being calm and trying his best to apologize, but this is something that should never happen from a company like this. Absolutely ruined my experience dealing with Ferragamo. TERRIBLE

I purchased a watch and 2 pairs of shoes for the amount of £2,000. The watch has been nothing but terrible,its broken 3 times and I have had to return it around 10 times. The customer service is the worst service I have ever experienced in my life, the staff are so rude and so unhelpful. The watch is clearly faulty and they are not giving me a refund and not returning my calls and updating me as they promise they will do. I would highly recommend never purchasing anything in this company and don't expect them to help you if anything ever goes wrong. They only want to be nice when you are buying something. Appalling awful service and I wish I never gave them my money. I would strong advise never buying anything from this shop and if anything goes wrong don't expect any help from their rude unhelpful team of staff in the London office!!! If I could leave - 100 stars I would.
