I bought myself a finalmouse classic ergo back in october 2015 and that broke within 5 months. When i contacted support to complain about it i got told by finalmouse support that they were making new revised models that was to come out in april of 2016 and that i could freely choose between the classic ergo and tournament pro version. I replied that i would like the tournament pro and everything was fine. There was no new revised version in april tho so i contacted support again and was told it was late. I recived a mail from them the 26th of july saying "Hello Emil, Your Tournament Pro replacement is ready! Please provide an appropriate address so that we may ship out your unit ASAP! We greatly appreciate your patience. Thanks, Finalmouse Support" I sent them my adress two days later and i still havn't heard back, recived my replacement mouse or even had any form of reply on my mails and messages on facebook and twitter. It does not seem that finalmouse in any way lives up to European market standards or even tries to.
